Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Panama City

We had a great time on our family vacation staying here. Meredith was a wonderful host who was communicative and proactive. I really felt taken care of! The house was clean and spacious for six adults and two little dogs. We also really enjoyed renting the golf cart that was available to help us get to the beach. All in all, this was a fabulous trip.

The house was beautiful, and the pool was amazing! Trey was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions I had, both before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend booking with Trey!

We came to St. Andrews by boat and stayed at January’s rental for three nights - it was great, we really enjoyed drinking coffee on the back porch and the yard was private and pet friendly, even though neighbors were close by. The property is just a few blocks from the busy downtown area, good restaurants and Marina. The farmer’s market at the Oaks Park on Saturday was also a treat. The place was very clean and nicely decorated, this was our second time staying at this unit and we will definitely stay again.

This house is beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood off the beaten path. The back yard was lovely and relaxing, the beds were comfy, the kitchen and living room were spacious, and the host was fantastic. I would love to stay here again when we visit next time!

The location was key and the home is beautiful. I liked all of the local recommendations Trevor sent and he was responsive with messages. This suited our needs perfectly. The garage had everything we needed for the beach, the only things we brought were beach toys for the kids and puddle jumpers. If I were to come again, I’d bring my own shampoo/conditioner/soap since what was available definitely wouldn’t last us a week. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. And the outdoor shower was more for rinsing off from the beach, which was still nice for getting all of the sand off. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Cal’s place was a great experience for me and my crew will definitely come back again to stay if ever back in Panama City Beach. Cal was responsive to anything I sent him and checked in on frequently making sure we’re having a good stay and if we needed anything to feel free to reach out.

Let me first say how amazing Yana was with communication, instructions, local hot spot knowledge, she knows her stuff when it comes to this area. We stayed for 5 nights at her place and it was everything we wanted in a condo. The condo is GORGEOUS, the scenery was so beautiful, and the quiet piece of town it is in, is perfect! I love the HOA rules, it keeps riff-raff out and you don’t have to listen to loud music, parties, or any other annoying distractions. We enjoyed our stay here, more than any other place! Louis’s space was perfect for our stay. Super nice and has everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfy, shower was amazing, and the bidet was a nice touch. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony overlooking the pool with our coffee each morning. Close to several good restaurants in both PCB and Rosemary.

Great little place. Could stay there the whole weekend without needing a car. Walking around the town and neighborhood while getting to enjoy the bay all in the same spot was a sweet deal. Kind hosts that provided everything we needed.

We had a wonderful time at Summer’s home! It was close to the beaches. The home is beautiful and was able to host a large family. We’d definitely recommend it!

This is kind of place that just makes the most of ur vacation needs , the place has everything u need to spend an amazing time with ur loved ones and that includes ur pet as well , well stacked kitchen , good amenities including beach kit as well , no idea how to thank the person who proactively thought it through …. Chip's place was great! While it's not actually in Rosemary Beach, you are in a good location and having the golf cart was an added bonus. You should know there are restrictions with certain roads and golf carts and several of the surrounding areas you are not allowed to park. With that being said, we loved driving the cart to Seaside and were able to park everywhere around there and at the Santa Clara beach. Chip was really responsive and made sure we had everything we needed during our trip. Perfect house for our group of 4.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Check In and Out was a breeze. A perfect place if you want to plan a beach trip without the crowd and cost of staying in Panama City. 10/10 would recommend and book again.

The Tiny House was perfect for us!! Just the right size. We spent the daylight hours in PCB and the evening hours in a nice cool spot.

The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was ideal, with easy access to [local attractions/restaurants/public transport/etc.], but still peaceful and quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay in PCB- this home was perfect for our family. We loved the easy proximity to everything while still enjoying the quiet neighborhood. It truly felt like a home away from home. The house was exactly as described and had more than enough room for our crew to spread out. It was clean, well stocked, and the beds were super comfy. The volleyball court was a favorite for our crew- helpful hint- when you hit the ball over the fence behind the house, check the guestbook for the neighbor's phone number, he's super nice! Ben was an amazing host, super welcoming, responsive and proactive- wanted to make sure everything was great for our stay. Thanks again!

Absolutely loved our stay! The home was comfortable for our family of 5. We had sufficient space for meal storage, prep, sleeping, and relaxation. The backyard is very inviting for those wind down evenings. The short walk to the public beach entrance is easy to get to. We will be back.
