Holiday rentals with a patio in Pankow

I had a wonderful stay at Franziska’s beautifully designed flat in Prenzlauer Berg. The space is just as lovely as the photos, calm and stylish! Even when I had a few hiccups on my side, Franziska was incredibly kind and always willing to help. Her communication was warm and responsive throughout. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend the flat to anyone visiting Berlin! :)

Beautiful place to stay and plenty of space of 6 people to comfortably live. Location is close to public transportation and greatly appreciate the host's for they extraordinary communication. They went above and beyond to meet our meets.

Guido’s home was a dream stay from beginning to end. The kind attention received with every detail was of the highest service and care. The home well, truly a restful haven in the middle of the coolest neighborhood in Berlin with so much to do. Highly recommended to any discerning traveler. We already miss it!

Had a great stay here. Location is fantastic. Very close to great bars, restaurants, and public transportation. Philipp was very communicative and would respond to questions and requests immediately. He also was able to allow us a later checkout time which was very convenient. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Apartment! Die Lage ist sehr zentral – eine gute Gegend mit traumhafter Aussicht. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr gemütlich, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vor allem sauber. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und heimisch. Auf der großen , bequemen Couch im Wohnzimmer, hat man wunderbar entspannen können und gut schlafen können . Die Schlaf Couch im Hauptzimmer hat beim liegen etwas gequietscht – vielleicht wäre ein Austausch eine Überlegung wert, aber das hat unseren Aufenthalt keineswegs beeinträchtigt. Der Host war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr flexibel. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, schnell und immer herzlich – man merkt, dass hier wirklich auf das Wohl der Gäste geachtet wird. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Nice quiet Pankow neighborhood, walkable to public transportation, stores, bakeries, and restaurants. Near several large parks. Ulf was very proactive and helpful. Important: 26a and 26b are across the street from 26, so if you are at 26 and trying to figure out how to get in, check the other side of the street. When we were confused, Ulf was quick to help, but the street numbering confused us.

Spacious apartment with restaurants, tram, subway and grocery stores only a 5 min walk. Annabella was very responsive to questions.

Architecturally elegant and minimalist in a historic building. Comfortable bed and just the right amount of stuff to make for a comfortable stay.

We spent a week here as a group of 6 friends and had a fabulous time. The house was generous in size, well laid out and beautifully decorated and furnished. We made full use of the fantastic kitchen which had everything even a demanding cook might desire, and shared great meals in the gorgeous dining room (which can comfortably seat 10 or 12). Having two supermarkets (Aldi and another one) within 5 minutes walk was a real plus.) The three bathrooms were great and the beds very comfortable. (The 'toddler bed' is in fact a full size single bed.) Re location: it mostly took us close to an hour to travel by public transport to destinations in the centre, something to be mindful of. We'd warmly recommend this place for larger groups.

Everything was perfect. One of my favorite airbnbs that I’ve stayed in. Location was perfect and apt itself was in this wonderful secluded courtyard. Apt better in person than even the great pictures show. Will definitely be back here next time in Berlin.

Wir waren im Mai 2025 für eine gute Woche im Ferienhaus am See und haben diese Zeit der Ruhe sehr genossen. Das Häuschen liegt direkt am Rahmersee und der Blick vom Wintergarten auf den See ist zu jeder Tages- und Jahreszeit einfach traumhaft. Wer Ruhe sucht, fernab von jedem Trubel, ist hier wunderbar aufgehoben. Auch für unseren Hund war das Ferienhaus mit dem schönen Naturgarten ein großes Vergnügen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Myself and 3 friends had the pleasure of staying at Clay Gardens for 4 nights. The house was amazing and had everything and more that you will need. House was immaculate with great facilities. Supermarket was close by with easy access to public transport also. Thomas was a wonderful host who welcomed us warmly. Thank you Thomas!

Tolle Unterkunft in Ruhiger Lage. Gute Anbindung zur S-Bahn, diese kann man auch in 10 min. Zu Fuß erreichen. Und im Vorgarten sind sogar Platz für 2 Autos zum abstellen. Ich würde wieder dort hin gehen. Und das Highlight der Garten für den Hund! Bin gespannt was aus der schönen Villa noch wird wenn alles renoviert ist! Wir werden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder kommen!

Sehr gepflegtes und gemütliches Haus mit einem charmanten Gastgeber, traumhaft schöner Garten!

I could not have been more delighted with my stay at Gérard's adorable flat. The location cannot be beat, just around the corner from Schönleinstraße U8, and with so much to do, see, and eat just outside the door. Gérard is a consummate host who gave me great local tips, and was so easy to communicate and coordinate with - he also very kindly helped me with my bag up all those stairs! The apartment itself is brighter and airier than the photos show. Even on some scorching hot Berlin days, it remained cool and pleasant with the windows popped. The patio is also a lovely extra. I will certainly be returning next time I am in Berlin!

A very nice apartment where you instantly feel at home. The train station and other public transport options are nearby. I would love to stay there again.

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We really felt at home. We loved the location and found it easy to take the U Bahn or S Bahn everywhere. A great neighbourhood and quiet street. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I recently embarked on a two-week adventure around Europe, starting with the beautiful city of Berlin. We were truly captivated by the charm and vibrancy of the city, and we found that many attractions were easily walkable, making our exploration even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Simon, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. His recommendations for places to visit were spot on, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our time in Berlin. We can't wait to return and experience more of what this amazing city has to offer. Jill heeft een super leuk huis op de 4e verdieping. We voelde ons er meteen thuis. De buurt is geweldig en op loopafstand is de tram trein metro en bus zodat je heel de stad kan ontdekken. Er zijn alleen geen verduisterende gordijnen daarom deden wij slaapmaskers op. Het bed is heerlijk en de douche heeft ook een goede straal. Hele fijne tijd gehad, dank je wel Jilli!

As someone who has stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s, I can say that this was definitely in the top 1%. My husband and I stayed here for a month in May, and it was wonderful to “come home” every day to such a comfortable, pleasant and expansive space. In addition to the elegant and creative design, we loved the light and views over the rooftops. I slept like a baby on the super comfy bed, lounged on the comfy sofa, and worked comfortably at the large dining room table. Two large bathrooms were a luxury. A huge walk-in closet. Delightful rooftop patio. Well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is on a quiet and bright street, close to multiple forms of transportation, cafes, restaurants, and shopping (giant supermarket across the street). Easy to get anywhere. Our host, Eric, was extremely helpful, a font of information, and a delightful and charming human being. He was very responsive both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, not to speak of moving in forever!

Wir haben zu dritt ein paar Tage in Olafs Wohnung verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist außerordentlich geschmackvoll eingerichtet, geräumig, hell und sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles ist gut gepflegt und funktioniert wunderbar. Dass es zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer gibt, ist sehr angenehm. Die zwei Terrassen am Wohn- und Gästezimmer und die große Dachterrasse sind sehr schön. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist sehr gut, man hat nur wenige Meter zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle zu laufen, die S-Bahn in der Warschauerstraße und am Ostkreuz ist auch gut erreichbar. Das Check-in war ganz problemlos. Olaf ist ein sehr freundlicher, präziser und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er war immer gut erreichbar, was wir aber im Grunde gar nicht oft in Anspruch nehmen mussten, da es überhaupt keine Probleme gab. Vielen Dank!

A perfect Airbnb. It’s a much bigger place than it seems in the pictures which was great for me and my friend. The WiFi was super strong for my video calls for work. Spotless apartment and building. and Tons of options for food and cafes and walking around just in the neighborhood A++
