We had a wonderful stay! The place was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made us feel very comfortable. For coffee lovers, there are several coffee machines available, which was a lovely touch. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, including toiletries and other small details that make your stay easier and more pleasant. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Great place to stay for a several days, everything was good-location, communication, check-in and check-out. The only thing you should consider is the parking as in this area is hard to find a parking space. Other than that it’s worth it!

Excellent location, parking spaces are available. Beach, cafes, restaurants within a few minutes' walk, while the place is a little away from all the establishments and due to this there is no noise.

This apartment is beautiful and spacious. Every room has A/C. The location could not be better. Everything is walkable. The host was very responsive if we needed him. The place was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again.

We had great stay! Yiorgos is an amazing host - great communication and super easy and straightforward check in. He went above and beyond and took his time to recommend great local restaurants. Photos and description absolutely match the reality. Super central location with everything around, just 10min walk to the Main square and sea promenade. PS Do not get mislead by the building entrance, still some renovations going on to improve it. I highly recommend!

We had a good time staying at the place. It was clean, we were received personally and it was easy and uncomplicated to reach our host. The location was perfect for us. It's within broader walking distance from the center and easy to get around with public transportation.

Valantis was a great host. He gave us very clear instructions so we could find the house with ease. The neighborhood is quiet, the house is clean and quite beautiful. In addition, because we wanted to stay a day extra and there was no availability in the house we were staying in, he put us in contact with someone he knows so we could continue our vacation. We will definitely choose it again!

First of all if the host is terrible then it doesn't matter what the house/town looks like. Thankfully this is not the case as Yannis is extremely friendly, helpful, cooperative and at the same time non-intrusive. Plus the small handmade gifts make you feel you stayed at a friend. Then is the house which is as described. You have absolutely everything you need to feel like home. Plus is the closed parking place and the own garden with two tables with total 10 chairs! And all this is located in very peaceful and quiet part of a small village with a clean water beach. If I have to be picky the only negatives are the unclean sand (due to lack of many beach bars to clean it I suppose) and limited number of restaurants although even the present ones are still good enough. Overall we are very satisfied with our choice of Yannis house.

A great apartment, walking distance from the centre but still away from the super busy area. A quiet place even though the main road is outside - great windows!! Easy check in and parking around the corner was great!!

Eleni’s home was absolutely everything one could wish for… tasteful, lovely, and loaded with classic Greek hospitality! It is perfectly central to some of the very best spots in Thessaloniki. And it is a peaceful and restful haven to return to after full days and nights of exploration and enjoyment of such a warm people and welcoming city. I would be absolutely delighted to come and stay in this space again! A week was just not enough…. Σασ ευχαριστώ πολύ

Very beautiful space , beautifully decorated. Instant hot water due to gas. Ground floor facing on the street and not in an apartment building, there is no balcony. Difficult parking in the area to impossible and very narrow streets if you have a big car. There is paid parking at 500 meters relatively inexpensive. It could have been a little more economical for its features. However, it's a great choice for where it is.

I had a great stay here, the instructions of Paraskevi were excellent so that it was easy to find and get in. She was also proactive in giving me all the necessary details and giving me a welcoming stay. The place is beautiful: small, but cozy with all the necessary amenities, a big bed and an amazing balcony from which you can see the surrounding city and Mt Olympus (bis plus!). The location is also within walking distance to other sides and the sea front and also reachable by bus from the airport. It was a lovely stay and I would book it again.
