Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Paralia Koum Κapi

Mein Freund und ich waren 5 Tage in der Unterkunft und waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss eines schönen modernen Hauses. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Hervorzuheben ist die schöne Terrasse mit Whirlpool. Die Lage ist super. Es sind circa 15 Minuten Autofahrt bis zum Zentrum Chanias. Mehrere Strände sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus selbst ist ruhig gelegen. Es bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt, um Kreta zu erkunden. Katerina und ihr Mann sind tolle Gastgeber. Bei Ankunft erwartete uns ein frischer griechischer Salat, Orangen und Wein. Wir bekamen ein paar Tage später frisches Gemüse aus dem Garten. Katerina war stets erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Insgesamt würden wir die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen! 5/5 Sterne!

We had the most amazing time staying here. Everything was exactly as pictured. The jacuzzi was an absolute must! The beach is about a four minute walk away with tons of restaurants. Communication with the host was super quick and helpful. We did have a car and finding parking was harder during peak beach time but always found something in walking distance. I highly recommend staying here, I would definitely stay again!

This house was absolutely amazing – just like in the pictures, if not even better! The location right by the beach is truly breathtaking, and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting. All the furniture and appliances are top-of-the-line – everything was spotless, high-quality, and incredibly comfortable. Ria was a fantastic host – super friendly, always quick to respond, and very helpful. We really appreciated how kind and welcoming she was. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would recommend this house to absolutely everyone. A perfect getaway!

This home worked perfectly for my family of 11. Evi was very communicative and responsive, I very much appreciate her help. The home was well stocked and we appreciate the welcome gifts. The location is fantastic and very walkable to all of Chania. We had 3 family members that were 70+ that were able to get around easily. The neighborhood has some graffiti on the walls as you enter but there was never a time we felt unsafe. Everyone we encountered in Chania was wonderful. I would recommend this home to family and friends.

Super Erfahrung mit der Unterkunft! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt! Stelios und seine Familie waren tolle und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Gerne wieder!

Wir haben 3 wunderschöne Wochen in Manos House verbracht, das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, es hat einen sehr schönen Garten in dem man wunderbar verweilen kann, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand und den Restaurants entfernt. Abends haben wir bei einem Glas Wein auf dem Balkon gesessen auf und den Sonnenuntergang genossen. Stavros ist ein kleiner ruhiger Ort in dem man sehr schnell in den Urlaubsmodus kommt und die Zeit einfach nur genießen kann. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.

“Machil empfing uns mit Getränken und Essen, erklärte uns alles und erzählte uns ein wenig über die Besonderheiten des Ortes. Von Anfang an war er sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Jeden Tag nutzten wir den Whirlpool, und er war immer pünktlich. Der Ort ist wunderschön und sehr nah an Chania. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, Fabrika Baladakis!”

Kostas Apartment ist traumhaft. Man kann wunderbar abschalten und die Natur genießen. Die Outdoor Küche und der Pool sind das absolute Highlight. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Vi er netop vendt hjem fra en dejlig ferie på Kreta -og jeg savner allerede at stå op af sengen, gå ud på terrassen med min morgenkaffe og sige godmorgen til de søde og nysgerrige katte - nyde roen og udsigten. Vi blev så vel modtaget med en stor frugtkurv og så fine instrukser om alt muligt i huset. Vi kan give vore varmeste anbefalinger til dette hus og vender måske endda tilbage - smukt område og muligt at gå til Købmanden- ligesom Chania nemt nåes i bil.

Je recherchai un hébergement de qualité supérieure sur Chania avec toutes les commodités et je suis tombée sur cette location qui répondait à mes attentes avec cerise sur le gâteau cette jolie petite piscine privée chauffée. La maison est magnifique, spacieuse, la déco est juste ce qu'il faut et tout y est en terme d'équipements. On se sent comme a la maison. Ce fût un vrai coup de coeur aussi pour la piscine et pour la plage à proximité (Koum Kapi), pas de parasols à perte de vue, une jolie plage aux eaux cristallines, des bars et restaurants pas loin et des locaux mélangé aux touristes sur la plage. J'ai adoré cet endroit. Je voulais un lieux à proximité de la vieille ville et calme c'était vraiment parfait. Je recommande à 100%. Beautiful well equipped house in a perfect location within easy walking distance of a supermarket, beach and restaurants. What makes this house absolutely exceptional is the host, Stavros. He couldn’t have been more welcoming, meeting us with some very welcoming groceries including his homemade wine and olive oil. We will absolutely be back. Thank you Stavros for making our stay so perfect.

The villa was pretty extraordinary overall. We've stayed in villas on a number of Greek islands over the last 12 years and this was the best on most counts. The interior was comfortable and spacious, really light and airy. There were only two of us, but I doubt it would be crowded with 6. A huge amount of kitchen equipment (you name it, the kitchen had it), all appliances seemed nearly new and of great quality. Showers with good supplies of hot water and strong pressure. The outside is fantastic - the pool is huge and the perfect depth throughout (maybe not ok for young children, with no shallow end). Plenty of comfortable seats and sun loungers, umbrellas for shade. The jacuzzi is a great bonus and is really high quality. Huge grounds and some lovely flowers. All windows have shutters so bedrooms could be made very dark overnight. We weren't interrupted at all through the week but whenever we had a question we received a rapid response. I can't think of anything negative to say!

Encore un grand merci à Giorgos et Maria pour leur accueil. Une très grosse tempête de sable du Sahara a tout perturbé le jour de notre arrivée. Nos hôtes ont fait le maximum et même l’impossible pour tout nettoyer et nous permettre de profiter de la villa dans les meilleures conditions. La villa est magnifique. Tout est prévu pour que nous puissions nous détendre et profiter au maximum. Pleins de belles intentions, des produits à disposition permettent de ressentir le confort dès notre arrivée. Je ne peux que conseiller la villa Mythic Olive 😊

We had a great time staying here for a few days. The villa was clean with plenty of space to other local properties for privacy. There are local restaurants and a bakery within 5 mins walk as well as a bus stop to easily head for central Chania. The host was very responsive and quickly sorted any questions we had. Highly recommended

A lovely, luxury appartment near the beach and about 30 minutes' walk from the old town of Chania. A well-equipped, clean and beautiful appartment, but above all the warm and friendly hostess Anastasia. She guided us around the area, brought local delicacies, stocked the fridge with food and even drove us to the grocery store with her car. We really enjoyed our stay at the appartment and can wholeheartedly recommend it to others. You certainly wont't be disapointed!
