Family-friendly holiday rentals in Paramé, Saint-Malo

We were very well received by Fabien who is very nice and responsive. The house is great as is the garden and the environment. The place is quite suitable for children, especially since Fabien had kindly provided baby equipment (in addition to other touches for the young and old!). We highly recommend this house and will return as soon as possible!

Management is done by a third party. But very responsive. Everything went well. Accommodation to recommend for families and friends with children. The garden and the jacuzzi are a real plus.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very comfortable and very well-equipped. The trampoline, games, books, and comics delighted our daughter. Despite average weather, we were able to enjoy the garden, hot tub and hammam. The house is also located a stone's throw from the lively heart of Saint-Pair sur Mer with all its shops and three steps from the sea. We'll be back with pleasure in this nice house. Great place to stay to visit north and west Brittany. Within 30 mins of the coast, the Rance river, St Malo, Dinan and Mont Saint Michel. The local village also has a bakery and small supermarket. The accommodation had everything we needed for self catering and the pool was very nice to use on the warmer days. We enjoyed visiting the animals (hens, donkey and sheep) in the evenings too with our little one. Typhaine was a very helpful host with great local recommendations.

Very pleasant stay, the accommodation is very well located for quick access to several very beautiful sites. The accommodation is very practical, well furnished and comfortable. The hot tub is a real plus.

Very quiet accommodation in a pleasant residence. The host Jeanne is very responsive and even anticipates your needs. Ideal accommodation for a single person or two people.

Philip and Annette’s place was a great place to spend our 5 nights in Dinan. Situated in the middle of the Historic Centre everything is at your doorstep. They were excellent hosts allowing us to check in early and responding quickly to our messages. Also left lots of extras in the apartment to make our stay enjoyable including a bottle of wine snacks and all the condiments you need if you want to eat in. Lots of space comfortable bed great bathroom. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we go back to Dinan highly recommended!

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well-appointed studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence that overlooks the beach with its direct access, great! Ideal location for the various walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the original owner of the city gave us valuable information to improve our stay, in addition, a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.

Fabienne is a friendly and helpful hostess. The check-in and check-out could be varied without any problems. Fabienne is discreet and yet always available. We felt very comfortable in your modern renovated, quiet house. There is everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A highlight is the beautiful garden and the proximity to Saint-Malo. A perfect starting point for excursions by bike in the beautiful surroundings. Those who love peace and quiet and proximity to nature are very well accommodated here. The beautiful small towns and beaches by the sea can be reached quickly by bike or car. The house is much nicer than the photos show. We stayed at Danielle’s lovely apartment for three days. The apartment was as described: clean, centrally located, well supplied with cooking utensils, comfortable beds and modern tasteful decor. We were able to wander the town and seaside, and took an Aeolus bus to Mont saint-michel while afterward returning to an ideal location. Karl and Christine

We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... We had a great time! The sea view is beautiful, and the balcony to enjoy it is very nice. The accommodation is nice, clean, nicely decorated and well-equipped. It is ideally located: the beach, shops, hiking departures... everything is within walking distance. Thanks again to Luc for his welcome, we treasure the address hoping to be able to come back!

Perfect stay, the rental was as pictured and described, idyllic setting, nearby trade and Evran is a few dozen minutes from Dinan, Dinard, St Malo…. Very responsive hosts we had forgotten our high chair for the baby and some time after we had it. I really recommend this rental and we will not hesitate to invite our friends to stop by Christophe and Virginia's. 👍👍👍
