Charming apartment in Naples city, in the Petraio area (ancient stairs), located in a quiet place on the top floor, without elevator, with magnificent terrace overlooking the sea on the Gulf of Naples (from the Vesuvius volcano, to the island of Capri, to the hill of Posillipo). Spacious and bright living area with sofas and majolica kitchen, indoor dining tables and outdoor table on the terrace with gulf views. Sleeping area upstairs with panoramic double bedroom, bathroom and study/relaxation area.

In un palazzo storico del 700, appartamento con soffitti alti a cupola. Caccetta reale borbonica. Contesto calmo, tranquillo. Amerai il mio alloggio per la terrazza con meravigliosa vista mare, su Capri ed il Vesuvio. WiFi, lavatrice. Alloggio adatto a coppie, viaggiatori solitari, famiglie. Consigliato a chi ama l'atmosfera di antico e non cerca i confort di un loft domotico. Sulla terrazza possono esserci uccelli, insetti, gechi. Angolo cactus. Arredato con mobili antichi. Non c'è TV ed alexa.

The housing solution is recommended for guests arriving by car. I will personally welcome guests Tranquilla villetta con ampio giardino di pertinenza, in zona strategica per visitare la zona Flegrea, Cuma, Pozzuoli, Napoli, la Reggia di Caserta. La soluzione abitativa è consigliata agli ospiti automuniti. Sarò io personalmente a dare il benvenuto agli ospiti.

The caper

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located in the town of Quarto in Campania, very close to the metropolitan city of Naples and the beautiful Greco-Roman village of Pozzuoli from which you can quickly reach the Campania islands of Procida and Ischia. The place is a short walk from the Circumflegrea that connects Quarto to Naples and Pozzuoli, but the environment is quiet. Independent entrance with equipped garden, free guarded parking.

CIRACCIO APARTMENTS | The Garden

The Villa has been recently converted into three independent apartments equipped with all comforts. They are located within the calm neighbourhood of Ciraccio, a short walk from the seaside. Local bar, grocery store and wine shop are within walking distance along with restaurants, pizzeria and two of the most suggestive beaches of the island: the one of “Pozzo Vecchio” and the beach of Ciraccio. A bus stop for the line C1 is only a few meters away from the house making the apartments.

The apartment is located on Punta Epitaffio, 500 meters from the Port of the Gulf of Baia, from the Archaeological Park and at the same distance from the seaside resorts and thermal baths near the Submerged Park of Baia. It includes a kitchen/living room, a double bedroom, another accessory room with a single bed, two bathrooms, a large outdoor area complete with an outdoor kitchen, covered and panoramic, as well as a large terrace overlooking the Aragonese Castle of Baia.

Inoltre, gli ospiti potranno usufruire gratuitamente di un posto auto privato all'interno del cortile ma non custodito.
