Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

Herzlich Willkommen! Wir befinden uns auf circa 800 m höhe und nur 10 min Autofahrt entfernt vom Berg Schöckl. Einen Ausflug auf dem Berg sollte man nicht verpassen. Bei uns steht die Ruhe im Vordergrund. Hier ist der ideale Ort für Mondspaziergänge und Walderkundungen. Es leben hier viele Waldtiere wie Rehe, Gams, Füchse, Eulen, Dachs und Feuersalamander. Der Wald ist moosig und die Luft rein. Unser Airbnb ist Familienfreundlich und für Naturliebhaber. Zum Entspannen und Abschalten.

Präbichl is in Semriach b.Graz (not iron ore). The house is very quiet with no artificial light close by. Outdoor lighting available. Parking spot in front of the house. No other guests bedding, towels, hair dryer is available. In the kitchen are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, Book closet with lots of games, even for kids. Old building with charm right in the center

Davide was such a responsive and caring host. He responded fast to my queries and checked in on us as we had checked in on a Sunday followed by a public holiday. The apartment is in a quiet residential area and has paid parking in front of the apartment but Davide knows of somewhere where there's free parking. It is walkable to the old town but still quite a distance around 20mins or so. There is a portable aircon unit but only cools the living room space. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Graz. Davide is a great host.
