The entire flat (5th floor) is available with a kitchen / dining area, 3 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and one bunk bed room) and one bathroom. Each floor has a balcony, with the kitchen / dining room floor having ground floor access to the back of the property and to the ski slopes. There are parking spaces at the front of the property.

It is located in a strategic point of the pass, 300 meters from the ski slopes and the center.
