Villa Near Rome With Pool - Villa White
We loved our stay at villa white. the pool was amazing and the views from the balconies was great. the house had everything we needed and we felt at home.

Elegant and Charming Family Country House by Rome
My parents wanted to stay in a peaceful countryside and this was the perfect place! Surrounded by nature, this very rustic and charming house is what made us feel like we were in the heart of Italy. The best part was how accommodating our hostess Maria was. She offered to pick us up from the train station as we got a bit lost, she also offered to show us around town on our first day there. She really made the area of Roca di pappa have a lasting impression. Thank you Maria, for being such a warm and generous host!

Villa Taddei - near and away
We had a wonderful time at this house! The place offers a truly authentic Italian atmosphere â a huge, charming, and warm house with a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding nature. The location is peaceful, providing ideal conditions for a getaway, though it's worth having a car to easily reach the beaches. The nearby beaches are absolutely stunning, clean, and â importantly â not overcrowded, so you can spend entire days there in peace. Additionally, the local restaurants serve delicious food, with local specialties at the forefront. Both the owner and the people taking care of the house were very helpful and always available. All in all, only positives, highly recommend!

Luxury Villa | 8 Guests, Outdoor Fireplace, Golf!
The home is a charming mix of old world decor and modern amenities. Laura was the consummate hostâvery responsive, friendly and professional. The house is in a neighborhood, so you will hear barking dogs from time to time. There are two grocery stores a short walk away. And we found it quite easy to get wherever we needed to go from there in our rental car (for which secure parking was also available). Our only complaint was that the beds were too firm for our old bodies (all in our 70âs).

Farmhouse with three apartments and swimming pool.
Location surrounded by greenery and peace outside the city! Host responsive and available for advice and requests. Highly recommended!

City Oasis: Free Parking and Private Garden
Mirko was a great host and his place is amazing. The location is amazing and has all grocery stores (one right outside) and restaurants nearby. There is public transport right outside which takes you to the city center. Kids play areas nearby as well. Now coming to the villa- a huge garden and a trampoline and hammock to enjoy the outdoors. The inside has this old rustic charm that is an amazing experience. A parking right inside is a cherry on the top. Mirko was kind enough to leave a welcome gift as well. The communication was great. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and if you have kids they will surely enjoy this place. Totally worth it!

Villa immersed in the Veio Park.
Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than youâd expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

Villa with pool airco wifi close to Rome
Beautiful location. Great pool. Gorgeous garden. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Easy home to spend time in. Host was thoughtful, kitchen was stocked with essentials like coffee and salt etc. washing machine and dishwasher were efficient. Host was responsive. The area is very restful. Small shops nearby to purchase essentials. WiFi connectivity was excellent. Not too far from Rome. We had a great stay.

Farmhouse with park and saltwater pool.
Lovely garden, spacious rooms, excellent location for visiting Rome using the Metro and great for visiting nearby places (Tivoli, Ostia Antica, Frascati) by car. Very convenient for supermarket.

VILLA LINA | Skyearth Liberty Villa | 5' from tube
We had a fantastic family stay at this villa! Mauricio was an excellent host, maintaining clear communication throughout our visit. His flexibility with our check-in was particularly appreciated; being able to settle in right after a 20-hour flight made a huge difference.

An oasis of peace, sport and relaxation just a stone's throw from Rome
It is an absolutely stunning place to be. The house is beautiful, the view amazing and the pool area an absolut dream! :-) We had the best weekend with friends there and everyone loved it. Felt like straight out of a Mamma Mia movie sitting there under the trees having breakfast or dinner. 10/10

Villa of Lake Albano - Castel Gandolfo
A perfect escape from the heat in Rome! The pool was perfect and Fabio was very helpful in whatever we needed and even arranged a taxi for us to go to the Nemi strawberry festival nearby. We will be back for sure :)

Rome, Villa Anna in the countryside private pool
I cannot say enough about how perfect the property was for our family. Spacious, homey, the pool was amazing, and the ping pong table was a great addition for our kids! There were games, books, cards all available for our use. They connected us with a chef for a cooking class at the house that was incredible. They were quick to respond and help throughout our time. I am so grateful for our time there and would 100% recommend and return!

IremĂa, Villa with pool in the Roman countryside
I visited Italy on a family trip. I'm glad that I have a lot of good memories thanks to this accommodation. I'd like to visit again next time I get a chance.
Villa rentals with a pool

Relax in the greenery of Lower Tuscia.
Wonderful place to stay for the beauty and peaceful Italian countryside. Romina was the perfect host. Rominaâs mother made the best breakfast for us. I would rate this as one of the best Bed & Breakfast places in all of Italy.

Il Mirto and l'Ulivo-Villa with pool, 10/15 guests
I spent a wonderful weekend with ten friends hosted by Ferdinando and Ludovica: the house is spacious, well maintained and with all the comforts (I would just add the TV in the living room), rooms up to par, large and well-kept garden, fantastic swimming pool, barbecue. All immersed in the tranquility of the Roman countryside but still five minutes from the town of Campagnano for every need. Friendly and discreet hosts. Highly recommended.

Villa Montecasciano - 8 sleeps
We stayed at this property in mid-May 2025 as a family of four, and had a wonderful experience. The house is spacious and comfortable, with an authentic rustic charm. Itâs surrounded by greenery and set apart from other homes, offering complete privacy. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The host, Cristina, was lovelyâfriendly, helpful, and always available to assist with anything we needed. Highly recommended! We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Villa with a communal pool
Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops in walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.

â HOLIDAY VILLA LA QUERCIA â Pool | BBQ | Nature
We had a great stay at the villa! We were made very welcome, the instructions were clear and the accommodation was as described. We made good use of the football pitch and the location close to Rome was also a plus. I'd definitely recommend it!

Rent a 250 sqm villa
Renato was very helpful, his very spacious accommodation is well located and in a very quiet area. Great for groups or even large families!

Villa del Portico (Velletri, Italy)
We had a great time in the house, everything we needed was at our disposal and everything was in order, we could not ask for more.

Country Villa with private pool
we had a wonderful stay at the house- grea location with lots to see nearby including the etruscan tombs, Castle and lake. Very nice, characterful property with a lovely big loggia/veranda area. Really huge place- so many living areas and nice big bedrooms. My family of 5 had plenty of space to enjoy spending time together, and because it is April it was good to have plenty of indoor space to use. The kids did enjoy the play equipment outside too and we had lots of games of football and skittles on the grass. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, and because it was Easter they left some Easter eggs for my 3 kids which was a nice touch :)
