Cozy log cabin close to the castle ruin and Solliden

Welcome to a cozy accommodation near Borgholm, Alvaret and Solliden. You will stay in a nice farmhouse on a shared plot. Alvaret is available within a ten-minute walk where Slottsruinen and Solliden are located. It is about 3 km to Borgholm's bustling city life. Bicycles are available to borrow. There is a bike path to town. The cottage is 16 m2 and the balcony 8 m2. The cottage has a fridge, microwave and kettle. Bathroom (toilet and bathtub) and access to water are available in the host's home with a separate entrance.

Sea Glimpse

Take a break, unwind in our cozy guest room! Nature & the sea are just outside the door. 50 meters down, we have our jetty where you can have your morning coffee. Feel free to borrow the rowing boat to test the recognized fine fishing waters or borrow a bicycle to explore the nearby area. Hike along Kalmarsundsleden and feel the Småland history between stone walls, sea and cultivated landscape. Sofa/day bed that pulls out to a double bed and a wide loft bed with ladder. Bed space for 3 but recommended for 2. Warm welcome!

The Stonecutter's Farm

Välkommen till ett inbjudande, avslappnat semesterboende av högsta klass - men med en stor respekt för gårdens historia och bevarande av den tidstypiska känslan från 1800-talet. Här hittar vi verkligen lugnet. Utsikten är vidsträckt och solnedgångarna här är magiska. Sommartid hänger vi helst vid poolen, läser i skuggan, simmar några längder, cyklar till havet och längst med den unika stenkusten. Vintertid kurar vi framför kaminen, dricker kaffe, läser böcker och myser i pyjamas hela dagen.

Mysig stuga i enkel standard 28kvm. Låg takhöjd i köksdelen. 2+2 bäddar. Sovrum med dubbelsäng, allrum med bäddsoffa (140cm),matbord, tv med chromecast och wifi. Kök/pentry med kyl,frys och bänkspis med två plattor och ugn. Toalett finns i huvudbyggnaden men med separat OBS: ingång på baksidan av stugan. I anslutning till toaletten finns en utedusch. Oknö har en fantastisk miljö,många barnvänliga badstränder,hopptorn,lekplatser, och vandringsled Ni har gångavstånd till vattnet.

Cabin in seaside Timmernabben

Fresh and newly renovated guest house. 300 meters to the sea and swimming area with the forest in the back. Access to private patio with grill. Good parking and close to Öland and Kalmar. There is a large spacious dog yard for dogs. Feel free to bring your own bed. Don't forget to clean thoroughly after yourselves, so it is left so nice that the next guests can move in, it should be left in the same good condition as when you arrived :) Bed linens can be rented for SEK 100/couple

Villa in nice Timmernabben !

Relax with family or good friends. House in Timmernabben, 50 meters from Kalmarsund. We have nine beds plus a sofa bed. At the dock, there is a rowboat. With it, you can row out to one of the islets. Smoked fish is a part of summer. Nabben's smokehouse is nicely located by the marina. Timmernabben is a cozy place that is located right between Kalmar and Oskarshamn. In other words, we can offer both silence and activities close to other people.

Close to the sea holiday home.

Freshly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming pier. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all the amenities. The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like. At the jetty, there is also a small rowboat if you want to take a short trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? A warm welcome.

Småland country cottage

Newly renovated and easy summer room on our 19th century farm 30 km north of Kalmar. We offer a simple accommodation in an idyllic Småland landscape. In the room there is electricity, wifi, newly cleaned outdoor toilet and possibility to borrow bicycles. Fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker available. Six kilometers east is Kalmarsund and the shopping Pataholm. Cat, chickens and cows are close by.

Easy overnight for 2 people

Simple sleeping arrangements. Limited hot water. Proximity is available to both the forest and the sea. There is parking behind the cottage. There is also space for trailers if you have a boat with you.
