For a maximum of 2 people, not suitable for children as the furniture is delicate. Bedroom: very comfortable double sofa bed with 17 cm thick mattress, bookcase, wardrobe, sideboard, Persian rug, 40" smart TV. Bathroom 1 covered in Carrara marble and stucco: sink, bidet, toilet, large shower. Kitchen complete with 320 L refrigerator, stove with burners, hood, dishwasher, various storage spaces. Adjacent to the living and dining area: large table, sofa, 1 armchair, sideboard with small non-smart TV. The apartment has high-quality linens, heating, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. Parquet or marble floors. Please note: 1. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the apartment. 2. Please separate your rubbish for recycling. 3. The apartment is located in an elegant building, so we ask that you behave respectfully and avoid making noise, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. No parties! Check-in from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., to be agreed upon. Check-out by 10:00 a.m. Upon arrival, you will be asked to provide a photocopy of your ID card or passport. Only the people listed in the reservation and therefore registered may stay in the apartment. As we are located in the historic center, there may be some noise on certain evenings. The apartment is located in the historic center of Pavia, near the Duomo, the University, Piazza della Vittoria, in a pedestrian area, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. We are in a ZTL (limited traffic zone), so access by car is not possible. We recommend parking in Oberdan or Viale della Libertà.
