Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Peace River

I had a little trouble getting in initially. There were extensive directions and links to videos to and instructions. The video were the most helpful part in locating access to theme apartment. It took about 30 mins to gain access after wandering around. After gaining access everything was fantastic. Cute, clean studio with great amenities in a wonderful location. I would absolutely stay at Toni’s place again!

Dani’s place was great for my short trip to Tampa to visit some friends! She reached out to make sure I made it in okay and if I needed anything else. I do wish the patio had seating but other than everything was perfect. I will definitely book this place again.

We (two people from Germany) stayed here for a week, not for the first time – great location: close to Siesta Key, Lido Beach, and downtown; beautiful accommodation – very lovingly and beautifully furnished, we felt like we were at a friend's house; we had everything we needed, even all the beach equipment; Dan and Charles are great hosts. We would like to come back.

Great place to stay! The location was perfect. Quick uber rides to all the main spots. Rafael was awesome. Friendly, quick to respond, and had everything described perfectly for our stay.

Beautiful apartment, comfortable, perfect for sharing with my family. Its balcony overlooking the building’s pool was a huge plus... excellent location, just an 8min walk from restaurants and shops... 100% recommended

I would like to start off by complimenting Erin for the way she keeps this unit, It was as described and very well kept. It took us longer to get from the airport baggage claim to the rental car terminal than for us to drive to our unit. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely be contacting Erin for future rentals.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described—if not better. Robert clearly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication was smooth and responsive throughout our stay. Great location and a small, quaint 2 bedroom spot. Tranquil park across the street with a pond and a solid restaurant across the way when in a pinch. Had a nice walk to the Dali Museum, surrounding neighborhoods are great! Loved it

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Luke was an outstanding host — incredibly friendly, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His instructions for the home were clear and easy to follow. The house itself was perfect — spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with thoughtful extras that made us feel right at home. Every detail was carefully considered. The highlight of our trip was definitely the beautiful views and sunsets, along with relaxing by the pool and enjoying the hot tub — it was absolutely breathtaking and exactly what we needed to unwind. Esther was the best host I've ever encounter before. The place is extremely nice, very quiet, super clean and peaceful with TONS of amenities. We had a fantastic Father's day weekend. Will be definitely coming back. Thank you again 🙌🏻

We loved Daniel’s place so much that I don’t even know where to start except to say our stay was exceptional!! Don’t hesitate, book this place RIGHT NOW!! We love MCMs, and even if you don’t know what that is, this house is absolutely gorgeous and huge!! It’s spotless inside and has every single thing you could ever think of needing! It’s so beautifully furnished and is so relaxing and peaceful and in such a lovely neighborhood! The yard is an oasis!! We had coffee outside and enjoyed smelling the beautiful jasmine and seeing all the tropical plants! We had a truly awesome visit in the true sense of the word awesome. We just loved it! I think we walked around the house with our mouths hanging open when we first got there- this was an absolute jewel of an AirBnB and I just wish that we could have stayed longer! Daniel and Jeremy thought of everything and are great at giving recommendations if you need them. Super kind and knowledgeable hosts who have created a small paradise in Sebring!

Randy was extremely responsive and helpful! This house is beautiful and exactly what pictures show! I would definitely recommend to anyone! The only thing I was looking forward to but did not research enough, was more restaurants along the walking path on the River but has nothing to do with the house/host. Thank you, Randy!

We live in the area and had extensive home repairs ongoing, so we needed a place to stay nearby. The condo was perfect and a step up from other options we've used and at a price we could afford. We stayed two weeks and felt very comfortable. Everything was well cared for, clean, and easy to use. The condo felt spacious and the view over the water was simply gorgeous, featuring dozens of pelicans every day we were there. Inside, the layout was simple and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and each of the bedrooms was perfect for us. The expansive master bath with a lovely shower, washer/dryer, and storage closest gave us room to stay clean and organized. Parking was easy with a reserved spot close to the elevator, and the hosts gave excellent and proactive instructions on what to do and how to do it. We had no problems getting into the unit and appreciated how peaceful and safe the place felt.

We absolutely loved our time at The Strand! It was beautiful, peaceful, and private! We loved sitting on the balcony watching the pelicans in the mornings and evenings! Our son especially loved fishing off the docks everyday. The condo itself was gorgeous and perfect for our family of 3! Highly recommend and would stay here again…actually planning on booking it for next year!

Great place to stay. Very quiet and serene. Overall a very pleasant experience. There were a few things I would improve upon, but just from my personal experience. None of which greatly took away from an otherwise fantastic place to stay: 1) The check-in process to enter the location is inconvenient (have to scan in driver's license each time) - this has more to do with the association and security than it does the management company / unit. 2) While the communication was very proactive, it was a bit numerous. I had to comb through various emails to find certain information. Perhaps either include the necessary information (parking spot #, keypad code, etc) in every email, or in the initial email and email on the day of check-in. 3) One or two of the things in the email did not match what was in the booklet on the kitchen island (i.e. the parking spot # or where the second fob for entry to the elevator/gym/etc). Contacted PMI and they were appreciative of the feedback.

We have just spent a wonderful 10 days in Sarasota staying in Jennifer’s apartment at The Strand. The accommodation was perfect in every way; a real home from home with everything thoughtfully provided by our host - from toiletries and cleaning products to beachtowels and even a coolbox. The apartment was spotless and easily accessible and communication with our host was so simple. Jennifer always responded swiftly to any messages and nothing was ever too much trouble. We would not hesitate to return to this accommodation again and highly recommend both the apartment and our host, Jennifer, to anyone looking for high quality, comfortable surroundings for their holiday.

Extremely proactive and responsive host. Very nice condo which was very clean and had everything we needed. Nice pool, hot tub, and workout facility. Location was close to downtown, restaurants, beaches, golf, and shopping.

We had a beautiful week at Martha’s condo!! We loved everything about it- spotlessly clean and well decorated, well stocked with towels, blankets, paper goods, kitchen items, beach gear… everything you could possibly be in need of. The view from the balcony is wonderful for relaxing and watching the beautiful sunset. The condo building and amenities were wonderful as well. The pool area was never crowded, many loungers, and a perfectly heated pool and hot tub. We found the location to be absolutely perfect- off a main road that takes you to downtown and beaches but tucked away and quiet. You can walk to downtown restaurants and shops and we even walked over the Lido Key bridge one evening to St. Armand’s Circle. Downtown Sarasota, beautiful Lido Key beach and St Armand’s Circle are all a quick 5-7 min car ride away. Martha was an excellent host, checked in on us and was responsive to anything we needed. We would return anytime without hesitation!! Just wonderful! Thankyou Martha!

Our stay at Ten35 was great! Great location with direct access to the beach. If you plan to stay around the area while visiting, you most likely will not need a vehicle as this is close walking distance to most of the restaurants and shops near by. The condo was overall very nice, comfortable, clean, and very spacious.
