Holiday rentals with a patio in Pefkali

We had a lovely stay at Katerinas! We stayed for one night before our ferry the next morning and were able to walk to the ferry from her place which was really helpful. The bed was so comfortable and the apartment was super clean and modern! Katerina has also been really responsive and helpful which we greatly appreciate.

Our stay at Spyros place was great. Such a cosy and pretty home, with a really nice and private yard. We loved the area, and used it for exploring local restaurants and nice vintage shops, it was also easy access to the metro, as well as walking distance to the center (approximately 30 min) , and just next by Acropolis and Socrates prison. I would for sure recommend this place for anyone who appreciate tranquility for their stay, and easy access to more lively areas. Spyros was very responsive and helpful, and provided very flexible check-in/check-out possibilities. We would not hesitate to book it another time :)

We loved Renata’s place! She provided everything we could have needed. The apartment was clean. Easy to get to all the sites, tons of restaurants around. Renata is super responsive and proactive in her communications. She even helped us get a transfer from the airport to her place. It was seamless on our end, though I know she had to do the extra work to make everything come together. We would definitely come back if we are in Athens again. Thank you!!

We had a fabulous experience! The apartment is large, comfortable, and well equipped. The view is gorgeous and the surroundings both beautiful and peaceful. Mariangela is a responsive, warm, helpful and generous host. We highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time in Athens at Matias place. The apartment is small yet has everything you need for a few days in Athens. The terrace is stunning and we especially liked the neighborhood, which is not frequented by many tourists and allowed us to dive in with the locals. Public transport is however close and takes you super fast to the city center. The host welcomed us personally (which we loved a lot, since we are used to anonymous check ins already) and left us with many great recommendations. And if you are worried you might fall out of the loft bed, don’t be! We slept super well 😍

Sotiris’ place was great. Super clean and had all the amenities to make it feel like a home while travelling. Even the little touches were really appreciated. Only a short walk to Psirri. Thanks Sotiris for accommodating us and would recommend this place to anyone.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Anastasia is an exceptional and thoughtful host. Her studio is exactly as pictured and is one of the most well appointed Airbnbs we have stayed in. The patio enhances the studio with privacy and a comfortable place to eat or relax among her plantings. The location is a short walk from the ferry and walkable for beach, port , shopping and restaurants. She sent specific instructions for entry and many tips on enjoying our stay. Also sent us up to date ferry schedules reducing the stress of getting there. Highly recommended!! Thank you Anastasia.

I had such a wonderful time staying here! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and it really felt like a home away from home. What made the stay extra special was the thoughtful hospitality. She was super friendly, responsive, and full of helpful tips about the area. You can tell she genuinely care about making sure guests have a great experience. Whether it was recommending great local spots or making sure we had everything we needed. Niki's place was a simple yet very comfortable little home. Very welcoming on arrival. Good bed and bedding, extremely nice shower, and a washing machine turned out useful too. It was exactly what we needed. The kitchen had just about what we needed for cooking a meal, but do bring own oil etc. They did supply provisions for making coffee and tea. The area is extremely peaceful and lovely and quiet in the night.

We had a great time here! Panayotis was very helpful, and had lots of recommendations! We stayed here the night before our ferry to the islands and it made for a very convenient trip in the morning. We grabbed dinner to-go and enjoyed it on the rooftop deck (for sure a highlight of our trip, and a memory we will have forever!). The only hiccup we had was finding the apartment on our way in. Although I think that was more our fault and not the host’s. Just a heads up if you decide to book I would definitely take them up on their offer to pick you up or take a taxi. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here! ☺️

The villa is even more beautiful than in the pictures. The hosts responds immediately to any request and she is very kind! The house is fully equipped with everything you need, like it is your own house. Thank you for the wonderful Greek experience!!!

The absolute best location and view in Athens!

apartment was clean and well maintained. Yannis went out of his way to set us up with transportation from the airport to his apartment. and then again from the apartment to the port for our cruise. Very helpful. would definitely stay here again. lots of stuff to see locally.

I can highly recommend to stay here. The bed was super comfy and it was quiet at night. By foot you could reach the tram and also walk to the center of Athens within 10-15 min. Everything was perfect. Thanks!

The place was a great. It was nice to be on a neighborhood a little away from the crowds. It was peaceful on the terrace. There were two really good restaurants within a block and half. Along with some bakeries, coffee shops and mini markets. Made it very convenient! Place was very clean and comfortable.

An amazing stay! The host made us feel so welcomed and so at home. The sweetest people ever. The place was beautiful and had modern and up to date technology. One of the nicest places we have stayed in. It was only a 10 minute walk to the metro and the host offered to drive us to the metro for free. If we return to Athens, we will definitely be staying here again! 10/10 experience.

Zhana is absolutely the best! She made sure we were well taken of well before we even arrived in Athens. Her attention to detail wasuch appreciated. Extremely accomodating even after we were delayed over 7 hours. The AirBNB was perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay. The view from the rooftop was phemomemal! Would love to come back and stay here again.

It is a 5-minute walk from the subway station. Among the Airbnbs I've used so far, this one has the highest satisfaction. There is a terrace and a veranda, so the ventilation is very good, the daylight is good, and the view of the Acropolis and the sunset are very beautiful. The house was so clean and tidy, and I felt how meticulously and carefully it was managed and prepared because it had everything I needed. There were local restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and pharmacies nearby, and it was a station area, so I was able to go sightseeing comfortably. The host is quick to respond, flexible, and generous, so I want to go back to Athens because of the accommodation. I'm coming to Athens again in a while, but I was so disappointed that I had to book another accommodation because it was already booked. Thank you to the hosts for making the best stay!!
