Ахилеас е страхотен домакин, винаги усмихнат, посрещна ни добре и през цялото време беше на наше разположение. Апартаментът беше чист, има широка тераса с гледка към морето, леглата бяха много удобни и имаше всякакви удобства. Локацията също е много добра- близо до плажа и до центъра. Най-важното е, че домашният ни любимец беше добре дошъл и се чувстваше много добре. Бихме се върнали отново.

We loved staying at this place, but mostly we appreciated the new friendship with Dina which was a lovely person to speak and have beautiful realtions with. I 100% reccomend and will definitely be coming back in the near future, without a doubt.

Nikos, sein Vater und seine Mutter waren sehr nett, freundlich, entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. Bei Ankunft und bei Abfahrt hatten wir eine lokale, hausgemachte Spezialität der Mutter bekommen. Sehr lecker! Der Vater hat uns immer mal wieder Gemüse und Früchte aus dem riesigen Garten gegeben. Frische grüne, reife Feigen durften wir jederzeit von Baum pflücken. Die Unterkunft war super, so wie auf den Bildern und Film. Wir haben täglich draußen auf der Terrasse unter dem Olivenbaum gegessen, sofern wir nicht im Restaurant waren, und genossen die fabelhafte Aussicht über die Bucht/Strand/Insel und Meer. Der Weg zum Strand ging abwärts. Bei mir waren es 300 Schritte und dann noch mal 100 vom Rand des Besitzes rauf zur Terrasse. Da es nur etwa 10-12 Privathäuser entlang diesen Strandes auf gut 1 km gibt, ist er schön leer und man hat seine Ruhe. Temperaturen lagen mit 33-39 Grad C dieses Jahr wohl besonders hoch. Eine volle Empfehlung!!!

We immediately felt at home in Vaso and Ioannis' holiday apartment. The facilities are impeccable and Vaso was incredibly helpful. The large balcony, which runs around the corner, adds to the wonderful holiday feeling.

Great and cozy place. The area is well maintained and has everything is needed. The house is clean and cozy. The host is very friendly and provides with all information very fast. We felt welcomed there. We are very grateful for communication and all support during our stay. The restaurant and store are few minutes away from the house. It was a wonderful experience and we enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommended!🤩

Es war eine tolle Auszeit- super Lage...mittendrin und doch ruhig. Strand in 2 min. erreichbar.. Frisches Obst, Wasser im Kühlschrank- selbstgemachter Oregano, Olivenöl und Ouzo zum Probieren stand bereit.

Very cozy location, great restaurant right nearby and very close (8 min walking) to the beach (White Beach). Also markets in the area. Over-all, we spent 10 nights in this location and felt very relaxed. Also the Hanioti village I strongly recommend for families with children, you can find places / fun games machines to do in the evenings with your children and all the other beaches (e.g Paliouri, Afytos, Siviri ) are 25-35 min by car located from this village (in case you want to try a different beach than the ones in Hanioti)

The location is great, easy to find, and around you can find absolutely everything you need. Flexible check in and Nadia was very nice to help us with everything we needed. The apartment is comfortable and the view from the terrace is absolutely wonderful. For those who have a more sensitive sleep, right next door is a bar where you can hear music until the night, but for us it wasn’t a problem. Highly recommend! 🩵

Das Haus ist super, wir waren zu viert dort. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer sowie zwei Bäder. Eins im ersten Stock das zweite im Erdgeschoss. Die Unterkunft wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und die Betten wurden gemacht. Der Ausblick ist super, der Pool ist für eine Abkühlung perfekt. Wir würden wieder hier her zurück kommen. Ich kann die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

My stay at Lina's place was truly delightful. She was incredibly friendly and positive, making us feel right at home. The property was private and beautiful, with a particularly romantic second floor made entirely of wood. The view of the sea from the garden table during breakfast was such a good detail! Lina was very helpful throughout our stay, always available for anything we needed. Her recommendations for sightseeing, boat trips, and beaches were priceless. I would definitely recommend staying here—it's a gem! Thank you Lina and hopefully see you soon!

Wir haben im Haus von Periklis und seiner Frau eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderschön, die Terrasse, der Garten und der eigene Zugang zum Wasser sensationell. In der Vorsaison war zwar rundherum noch nicht alles geöffnet, aber genau das und die damit verbundene Ruhe haben wir gesucht und gefunden. Wir bedanken uns für die Gastfreundschaft, die uns entgegengebracht wurde! Viele Grüße!

The place was exactly as described, we felt like home and our dog loved the yard. If you want a relaxing and peaceful area this is the place for you. Savvas is an amazing host, he really invested a lot in the house and the garden, everything looked amazing and well kept. A few tips for the future guests: - you will need a car to move around - the beach is 10-15 minutes away by foot depeding how fast you walk - there are 2 restaurants close to the house which you can reach by foot (i totally recommend to eat at Captain) - there are also a few beach bars close to the house if you don’t want to explore more by car - there is no supermarket which you can reach by foot - if you go with your dog and walk around the area, be careful because there are some big stray dogs and i don’t know how friendly they are with other strange dogs :)

Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. Loved the vintage charm of this house an Kosta has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. Communication was seamless and he host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Thank you Kosta

A casa di Themis ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è molto tranquilla. Siamo stati accolti dai suoi genitori che sono stati molto gentili e premurosi. La casa è spaziosa e lo spazio esterno è comodo e molto ben tenuto. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario. I letti sono comodi. La signora ci ha preparato un’ottima pita. Esperienza positiva.

Alles in allem ist Vasilis Unterkunft ein paradiesisches Plätzchen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, mit direktem Strandzugang, Liegen , Liegestühle, SUPs. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Der Garten ist traumhaft und war für unsere Kinder der totale Abenteuerplatz. Es gibt tolle Tavernen, die man mit dem Auto in nur wenigen Minuten erreichen kann. Abends kann man wunderbar auf der Terrasse/dem Balkon den Tag ausklingen lassen und anschließend mit dem Wellenrauschen in den Ohren einschlafen. Vasilis ist ein toller Gastgeber, der uns bereits vor der Abreise mit Tipps versorgt hat und auch auf Fragen während des Aufenthalts schnell geantwortet hat. Danke Vasilis, wir kommen wieder!

Super schön und super freundlich! Das Haus ist groß, und wir haben eine schöne Zeit mit der Familie verbracht. Uns hat alles gefallen. Besonderen Dank an Themida – sie war immer erreichbar und sehr nett. Danke!

Pandora was a very friendly and welcoming host. We felt very comfortable in the house. There were many items to meet our needs, such as an iron, hairdryer, washing machine, and more. The house was very clean, and having breakfast in the garden was a special pleasure for us. Having a market right next door was a huge advantage. We would like to thank Pandora and her dear husband for adding joy to our first holiday in Halkidiki :)

Αρχικά η Ζετα ήταν εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης, ευγενική, χαμογελαστή, εξυπηρετική. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και περιποιημένο. Είχε τα πάντα μέσα, δεν χρειάστηκε να κουβαλησουμε τίποτα από το σπίτι. Από προϊόντα καθαρισμού μέχρι προϊόντα περιποίησης. Η κουζίνα φουλ εξοπλισμένη, μέχρι και τρόφιμα είχε βάλει μέσα στο ψυγείο. Είχε σημειώμενες όλες τις πληροφορίες που χρειαζόμασταν. Το μέρος ήταν κοντά σε όλα, η θάλασσα ηταν ακριβώς απέναντι, τα μπαλκόνια μεγάλα και άνετα. Γενικά το σπίτι αν και σε παλιό σχετικά συγκρότημα ήταν πολύ προσεγμένο. Περάσαμε πολύ ωραία και σίγουρα θα ξανά πηγαίναμε.

Για την χρήση που θέλαμε κάλυπτε όλες τις ανάγκες μας. Μεγάλος χώρος, καθαρός και με μια πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση.Θα το ξανά προτιμούσα!

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber-Familie. Unterkunft wie beschrieben. Tolles Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen und einem sehr gepflegten Pool. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Man muss nur die Strasse überqueren und kann direkt im Meer baden. Zum Einkaufen oder für Restaurantbesuche braucht man ein Auto. Überdachter Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.

First of all the sea view was breathtaking, cannot say a bad word for it, the location is right on the beach and the sound of the waves at night is very calming. The apartment is spacious with three bedrooms and a large kitchen with dining table. There is a great looking green grass between the apartment and the beach. The beach itself is not sandy, its full of small stones but it didn`t mind us at all. There are cliffs in the water but in 10-15 meters since you past them the color of the water is magnificent. The car is parked on the street in front of the building below the shades from the trees and all of the sea equipment can be stashed in the ground floor so it is easily accessible anytime you go on the beach. Chrisa was our host and she was terrific. We had some issues that she promptly took care of and made our stay very pleasant. She is a person that takes great care for her guests. A small downside was the lack of sunbeds and a few unpleasant neighbors that lived there.

Wir verbrachten mitte bis Ende September2024 einen herrlichen Urlaub in Argiris Unterkunft. Mit Wetterglück noch spätsommerlich🏖️☀️☀️ Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer und ist über eine Treppe direkt mit dem Strand verbunden. Bei ruhigem Meer können mit dem 2er Kajak die nahgelegenen Buchten erkundet werden 😃. Es ist ein zentraler Ausgangspunkt um die Chalkidiki Region zu erkunden. Sehr saubere, eifach eingerichtete Appartements abseits vom Massentourismus. Ca. 15 min. Von Nikiti entfernt.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Dafnis Haus. Die direkte Lage am Meer und der wunderschöne große Garten, in dem uns Schildkröten besucht haben, war wirklich toll. Wir haben die Ruhe außerhalb der Saison sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Dafni lief prima und ein flexibler Check out hat uns eine stressfreie Abreise ermöglicht . Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gern wieder.
