Monthly Rentals in Pekhri

Our stay was the highlight of our travels through Himachal Pradesh. This is a hidden gem in the mountains. It takes a little while to hike up, about 1 hour for able bodied persons, but it is so worth it. The place is totally secluded high on the mountain, so beautiful, peaceful, and has a world class view. Om Prakash ji and Asha ji were wonderful and very attentive hosts. They cooked for us on our last night there and it was delicious. Om Prakash took us to the summit of Labhri top. He spent the whole day hiking with us and packed us a lunch of parathas and chai. It cost extra (1,500 Rs), but highly recommend it for those who like hiking and lead an active lifestyle. Pretty strenuous hike at times, but the view from the top makes it all worth it. The journey is quite beautiful too. All in all the place, our hosts - Om Prakash and Asha, and our time there was completely charming. We really hope to return soon.

It was a wonderful stay . Enjoyed the peace . Very offbeat location and Ashish added stars to the place by arranging everything we needed even in that remote area . If you are looking for a calm peaceful stay with a view , then it is a place for you . Ashish’s instructions were crisp and he helped us get to the location . It was worth its price and hospitality was also good . Only problem you might face is the location it is little difficult to reach there but Ashish helps you out with that picks and drops you from the main road .

The property is the perfect place for someone looking for a peaceful stay away from city hustle. There’s a trail to Pekhri village offering a panoramic view of the valley. The property has a good chef freshly preparing all the meals and great taste. I had one of the best trout fish masala fry, lemon chicken during my stay. The host and the team are always available to cater to the guests needs and goes above and beyond. They have bonfire in the evenings where the guests can interact and have a good time. I will visit again for sure. One tip - while travelling from city. Do ensure to carry items you will need during the stay as there are no nearby shops.

The treehouse is located at a very scenic and peaceful location. It felt good to be away from the hustle of daily city life amidst the calm environment of the mountains. The treehouse was very comfortable and clean with cozy interiors. The balcony for us was the main point where we could just relax during the evenings and enjoy the cool breeze of the mountains. As for the meals, the food over there was organic and freshly prepared as per our requests which was a very important thing for us. Karan was a very hospitable host and took care of our every need. I am not one to ask for any favours but whenever I did, he was more than willing to oblige and make sure our stay was comfortable and taken care of. Overall, the listing was definitely value for money and would recommend to anyone travelling that side to stay here. Might not be in a crowded touristy location, but that's what we travel to the hills for! A nice quiet time!
