Apartment holiday rentals in Pellizzano

Martine was a wonderful hostess and her place is truly amazing! While it took a little bit of figuring out how to find the location, once there, we were totally happy and grateful for this little piece of paradise- with amazing views of the Bolzano below and the mountains above. The small village 5 miles above us had fabulous restaurants and views. If you want a place to have as a base for exploring the Dolomites, and have it be peaceful and beautiful, this is it.

After a couple of airbnb rentals in Italy I sort of tolerate some small defficiencies that we can encounter. Normally I spend quite some time to select the place, but Carola's place I have selected and booked like within 10 minutes. So, the place is great. It is really ski in and out. It can accommodate up to 4 people. The ski resort is also great, the majority of ski lifts are detachable, with bubbles, and some of the chair lifts are even heated. Some advices for potential renter: 1. Find out exactly how to find the apartment. Sole Alte is a quite big complex, it has several levels and several entrances. 2. Find out exactly where the parking place. There is no obvious way to find it, because the parking numbers are not all in the same order.

I can easily say that this place was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in Airbnb by far. It was well designed and furnished, very nice host, and was a luxury experience. I believe you’ll need a car to go anywhere near, although the host offers a free bikes to use. I’ll definitely consider this as a first option if I ever come back to Riva. Thanks for everything.

I am very satisfied with the accommodation and the collaboration offered by Elisa, in this regard I would be very happy to come back. The double amenities are very useful and the apartment is really large, cozy and well divided. In the kitchenette there was, in addition to the pots, what was necessary for a spaghetti, including salt, sugar, oil Etc! Fantastic!!! A nice 10 and praises to the host. On the other hand, I was a little bad for the changes made to the Solaria structure, which I attended in the 80s \ '90s, when the complex was fully accessible regardless of the area where the apartment was located. Having created off-limits for Albarè customers I think was a penalizing choice for the entire complex. Too bad! That huge spaceship, in which you could move and access the amenities freely from the inside using corridors and elevators, was an unicum unicum, especially for families with young children. Too bad!

Burgi & Willi are excellent hosts, warm, open, communicative, available at any time, we felt immediately comfortable. The apartment is🔝. The view from the balcony, kitchen and from the pool into the beautiful mountains is a dream. It is quiet, the birds chirping, the crickets chirping, pure relaxation. We can only recommend this place.

We stayed there for a week with our dog and it was a dream! The system is very clean and really very well maintained. We felt completely comfortable, the view is fantastic. For most activities you need a car, which was no problem for us. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this mountain home. The location is perfect, convenient to explore the area, and the place is cozy and well cared for. Edoardo was extremely helpful and kind, absolutely recommended!

Cozy apartment in a quite place!

The apartment is on the second floor of an aged traditional building. It is small, of course, but pretty well organised. The bedroom is rather cramped but offers a view over the water and mountains, wonderful in early dawn light. Both the kitchen area and the bathroom have French doors that open above the street and let you view life below on the cobbled streets of a working tourist town. The hosts are actively addressing some aspects of maintenance that were overdue under the previous ownership, but these changes are occurring with no inconvenience to guests. This apartment is suitable for a diverse clientele, from honeymooners to grandparents, both short and longer term. It is very close to the centre of Lovere, has myriad services close by including simple transport links to other towns , by both road and lake ferry.

We had a most amazing stay at Giulio’s place!! Before I arrived I had asked if he would be able to point me in the right direction to find someone who might be able to help me explore my family heritage in the area. Giulio was happy to help as much as he could and even offered to pick me up from the bus station. Then , amazingly, it turned out that we were distant cousins and that Giulio’s Airbnb is in the family home that my great grandfather lived in!! The highlight of our 30th anniversary trip for sure! But even if you don’t know Giulio, you will find his place welcoming and the perfect place to stay on your journey through Tuenno!! Great pizza and drinks just a block away, and easy walk to the best of Tuenno!

Marta is really friendly and specific. They provided us with all the arrival information at the property with extreme accuracy and punctuality. The apartment is truly delicious, with attention to detail and a short walk from the center of Temu and the ski resorts. It was a really positive experience!

Lovely place, great space, good amenities. Great for 2 couples. We enjoyed our time here. Just to note that the cleaning fee is under the house rules and not the main price, then charged separately via air bnb. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful apartment located in a great location near the water with a great view of the lake and sunset. Very clean and cosy accommodation.

For a special occasion, we chose to return to Merano, and Laura and Robert's house was a pleasant discovery. A stone's throw from the historic center and the thermal baths, we found a welcoming, tidy environment with everything you need for a peaceful stay. Laura is truly a super host, with very fast response times and flexibility. Private and safe parking a stone's throw from the house is essential. Absolutely recommended.

Everything great, would book the accommodation again and again! A little oil & salt for cooking would have been helpful 🙂 Everything was clean, tidy and tidy.

I had a very nice stay at Elisabetta’s Lake apartment. It’s a great renovation with top level appliances and amenities. It was peaceful and very nice to sit on the veranda for coffee and meals. The electric shade came in very handy to help with the afternoon sun. The aircons were a nice addition to cool things down in the evening before bedtime. I didn’t find the temperature restricted as stated by an earlier reviewer. Shops and restaurants are just a short walk away. And the view is amazing. I would stay again and recommend it. Be prepared for the guest vetting process as it’s very onerous and via a platform external of Airbnb.

Thanks so much for a great week! The apartment is super nice and as described! Carmen and her family were always there for us and offered us valuable tips and support. Especially great was the possibility to use the jacuzzi as well as to use the indoor swimming pool + sauna (highly recommended) in the AquaForum. Thank you very much and only recommended!!

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and greeted us right in the driveway when we arrived. There was also a delicious wine as a gift. The place is beautiful with a very well-kept garden and great views of Lake Garda. The pool as well as the apartment was very clean and always tidy. Unfortunately, there were a few small (not particularly disturbing) inconveniences: the curtains were very translucent, which made it directly bright in the room in the morning & the fridge (in the same room as the bed) is quite noisy. The lake is within walking distance, as is restaurants and bars. The only thing that may differ from the Airbnb descriptions is that in reality it's two apartments that they rent out. That means you may have to share the pool with other vacationers. Overall, we are very satisfied and would love to come back anytime.

Unfortunately, we only stayed 4 nights there. It is super clean, new, modernly furnished. We felt super comfortable. We had the pool partly all to ourselves. It is super quiet and the area is simply fantastic. The large roof terrace is also beautiful. Simply great. Eleonora and her parents are also super friendly. We will definitely come back, then we will stay longer :)

Although he was not able to see him in person, Andrea was very friendly and proactive through messages, he always asked us about our satisfaction, making himself available for any needs. It also gave us helpful directions to the surroundings. Apartment clean, comfortable and equipped with everything. Great panoramic location, maybe a little far from the lake, if what interests you is necessarily close to it. Basically, highly recommended.

Conny’s place exceeded all our expectations. The view from the balcony was magnificent and a joy to wake up to each morning. The apartment was very clean, tidy and well equipped. The swimming pool was an added bonus as we were able to cool off after each day exploring Malcesine and surrounding areas. So much to see and do. Excellent communication with Conny who kindly picked us up from the bus station and took us to her apartment to check in which we very much appreciated. We would like to return next year and would very much hope to book in at Conny’s.

We stayed 2 days with Maria Luisa and felt very comfortable. The friendly welcome and the explanations for the use of the apartment were very good despite language barriers. We could ask at any time. The apartment is very nice and clean. We found all descriptions and pictures to be complete. The garden and the panoramic view of the lake are fantastically beautiful. We are very happy to recommend the place. Thank you for the wonderful time we spent with you.
