Holiday rentals with a patio in Pembroke Park

This place was perfect for me, I will definitely rebook it for future trip in Florida.

The stay was great. Had a bit of an emergency and extended my trip another day so went on air Bnb & contacted Xiomara around 7 PM. She accepted the booking, said it would take no more than an hour to get it ready for our arrival. Maybe they needed to dust or leave the mints Because the place was perfect clean, sanitary and comfortable thoroughly cleaned. Even had an aromatic diffuser goin. I’ve been to Airbnbs where people do NOT take pride in them. 1/2 ass um. Or just are lacking or not exactly like the description frankly. Private, quiet. Homely. Lots of greenery. In a residential neighborhood. Had a great walk and even washed my travel closed before I went to the airport. Convenient and very SMOOTH thought out the stay. The Place and hosts have very good energy. Book this place!

The property met our needs exactly. It was spotless and really spacious, more so than the description. The beds were SO comfy. Arash answered any query had very quickly, despite them being really minor. We loved the location, and barely needed the car. Found a couple of great restaurants nearby. Took the Everglades trip which was phenomenal. This will definitely be our Airbnb.choice next time we’re in town

Marvin’s Airbnb was fantastic! The space was spotless and exactly as described. He was incredibly responsive and quick to reply whenever we had a question. All the listed amenities were available and in great condition. I had absolutely no issues during my stay and would definitely love to come back in the future.

Joshua's airbnb was an absolute gem. Clean, bed was very comfortable and in a fantastic location. (close to the beach) Walking distance to many restaurants, publix, Walgreens, etc. Joshua was a superb host. When ever I had questions he was quick to respond. Our stay was phenomenal. I was celebrating my birthday and Joshua had the place beautifully decorated. We had a great time and would definitely return.

Carlos came through in a clutch! I’d originally booked another bnb and it was disgusting so I checked with no place to go! I found Carlos and booked with him on the same day. I got a note from bnb saying Carlos had 24 hours to approve my request, mind you I literally had no where to go. Carlos responded instantaneously accepting my request. The place was in a quiet neighborhood, it was easy to find, the place was clean and smelled good. The bed was pretty comfy too. My only suggestion would be to buy new towels and better toilet paper! Also when I ran into a minor issue, I messaged Carlos and team and they responded immediately. I recommend this place.

Great spot too get away from the crowds after enjoying the hard rock all day. I hope it is available next time we are down.

I found my home away from home :). The place was super clean and well equipped for your needs. Matthew and Jorge are super hosts. They were very accommodating with quick responses and flexible with check in and check out .I had told Jorge about my elderly father visiting the Airbnb and how my dad was afraid to use bathroom because it did not have a grab bar. Jorge went out and got a grab bar for the bathroom so he would not fall. It's in a quiet neighborhood and very close to shopping and restaurants. The backyard is nice to sit outside if you want some fresh air. I most definitely will be back and highly recommend this lovely Airbnb.

Stayed almost 2 weeks and we loved this cute cottage! It is so close to everything we needed and even though it’s on a bit busier street (from Alaska so everything is a bit busier) it was very quiet. All instructions from check in to garbage day to laundry day to check out day were laid out perfectly. All the rooms had air conditioning and the living/dining area were very comfortable to hang out in. The price, location and hosts make this place even better. I can’t wait to come back and visit again!

Adam’s home was perfect for our stay! It made a great home base for our annual trip to the FLL/MIA area, especially during our downtime. The house was exceptionally clean, and one of the reasons we chose it was because it’s completely carpet-free — a big plus for us. There were so many thoughtful touches that gave the space an elevated feel. The bathrooms were a highlight — we actually looked forward to the showers each day! The spa-like water pressure and the choice between the rain shower and the “car wash” jets were amazing. The coffee bar was another great feature, stocked with both Nespresso and Keurig options — perfect for starting the day. The hot tub was a huge bonus, especially for visits during the cooler months. The location was prime — just about a mile to the beach. We chose to drive, but walking is definitely an option. We absolutely loved everything about our stay and hope to return again soon!

The place felt like home, beautiful backyard. Bedrooms could use extra outlets, and living room rugs were stained, and the couch was warm out. Other than that, everything else was great.

The apartment was really impeccable, as seen in the photos and complying with everything indicated in the description. From the closet with beach and pool items to the fully equipped kitchen, the apartment has everything you need to be very comfortable. The building also has all the amenities such as a small supermarket, pool, etc.

Zoya is a very good person, always attentive to our needs and flexible to changes. I would return without hesitation

While in my stay in the condominium it was nothing short of the photos on the listing. It was clean, well organized, and to top it all off has a great ocean view and of downtown Miami. Has many walkable locations and restaurants in the area as well. Also has great amenities like a gym, pool, and restaurant in the lobby. Would for sure stay here again and recommend it to others as well.

I loved staying at Jaime’s place & I recommend anyone to book. Felt right at home & very clean. Lovely neighborhood & Jaime was an awesome hostess. I will be booking again .

I booked this property for my parents to stay at for the weekend for a very special occasion. They were extremely satisfied with their stay. The unit was very clean, well equipped, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Gaby was a great host to work with as she was responsive, helpful, and kind! I would highly recommend this property and Gaby as a host!

Host was very quick to respond, willing to accommodate check in time and very respectful. Condo was just as pictured, spacious, lots of amenities and clean. Surroundings were beautiful at night with plenty of restaurants. Highly recommend this host and will be booking again in the future. My friend and I had an amazing weekend, Thank you!

Loved everything about this air bnb. This has definitely been my favorite out of all air bnb’s I’ve stayed in over the years. And the pool with the heated water makes you want to stay in all day. Just like the photos! Loved everything about this place. Will definitely stay again when I’m back in town!
