Nice place near the centre and the bus station, the host Ellada really makes you feel at home.

We had a truly lovely stay at Daniele’s place. The house itself is beautiful and thoughtfully done up, full of charm, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a real home, not just a rental. The location was also perfect: quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to everything we needed. What really made the experience special, though, was Daniele. He was such a kind, warm, and gracious host and easy to communicate with, genuinely thoughtful, and always ready to help without being intrusive. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such care to make guests feel welcome. We’re really grateful for the experience and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

It is family place, very cosy and friendly people around. It feels like home, beautiful nature around, bbq zone, fruit trees and rest zones. Inside the room all the amenities are presented, you can feel it all in the little thoughtful details. In general it is a peaceful rest place not far from Yerevan.

A very welcoming host yet discreet. A home that matches the description in every way. Comfortable bedding. Very well furnished in a small indoor space, with a nice garden.
