Nantygwynfan Cottage - Ty Hughes

BradRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We've stayed here before. I only mention that because what other recommendation do you need if it's somewhere you go back to? We love the private dog-friendly location and private garden - not to mention the jacuzzi. Excellent kitchen, shower room, TV, dining table and bedroom. A short drive from New Quay and Aberaeron. The host Rachel is lovely and friendly - also responsive in answering messages.

Wonderful cottage with hot tub & log burner

RobinRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A wonderful two night stay at this charming cottage. Beautifully decorated on both floors, spotlessly clean, quiet and private surroundings - well thought out in design. Sophia was a gracious and helpful host (sorry Sophia we forgot to write in the guest book 😩). Can’t recommend enough for a quiet break! Robin & Jennie

If you want a chilled couple days with friends then this is the place for you. Beautiful cottage, very clean, plenty of space, lovely views, great indoor hot tub which over looks the valley. I would highly recommend this place and the hosts Serena and Marc, made it extra special buy leaving personal touches as it was my birthday ( prosecco, a card, a cake, a banner) thanks for a great weekend.

Cosy Aberaeron cottage with private hot tub

KeriRating, 5 stars2 days ago
A very lovely spot, spacious and private with everything we needed. Lots of lovely goodies to welcome us. We slept so well and loved the hot tub with great views of the woods plus friendly donkey and pony! Beautiful walk along the river. Helen and Wyn were friendly and very helpful but not at all intrusive. Highlights were sitting on New Quay harbour with fish and chips watching the dolphins and visiting Devil’s bridge. Thanks so much for a fantastic stay.

The Malt House Cottage, with Wood-fired Hot Tub

KaitRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Myself & my partner stayed at the malt house for 5 days for our honeymoon, we wanted something quiet, relaxing but also close to beaches & activities & this area did not disappoint. The cottage was absolutely immaculate, the bed was so comfy & the grounds & hot tub just made this place 10/10! we seen wild rabbits in the garden which made it even more amazing! It was private, but also gave a very secluded safe feeling. The hosts were amazing, especially Sam who kept in touch, and was on the other side of the phone if we ever needed anything, he also changed the hot tub water for us half way through as we were staying a few days! Thank you so much, we would definitely come again & id definitely recommend staying here if anyone was looking for a beautiful and relaxing place to have a break away!

Luxury vineyard property for 2 adults

GemmaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
This home is even better than the pictures and Christiane is the most welcoming host. We enjoyed a couple of days relaxing and exploring with such a beautiful setting to come back to. The welcome gifts were wonderful, and the dogs adored exploring the grounds of the vineyard. The views are breathtaking and we enjoyed drinking wine and watching the scene change across the hills. Has to be the best place we have stayed, with the loveliest host. Explore Cenarth Falls and New Quay for some dolphin spotting and wonderful fish and chips. We will be recommending to everyone!

Cosy 2-bedroom cottage with a stunning river view

JohnRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
What a great place! Probably the best we’ve had in the area. Abbey view is really well equipped, beautifully decorated and has a stunning view up the Teifi towards Aber Teifi. Rose was really helpful and provided everything we needed. It’s a great base for exploring around the local area, with Poppit Sands, The Teifi valley, Aberporth and loads of other places a short distance away. There’s a great community run pub in the village and a regular local producers market to pick up great food. Glebelands organic market garden sits in between St. Dogmaels and Aber Teifi for fantastic fresh fruit & veg. We felt at home straight away!

Riverside cottage w/hot tub and wildlife views

MeghanRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Our stay at Nici’s was just perfect! The cottage was beautiful and the surrounding views were incredible for watching the sunset in total relaxation, you really can relax and sit for hours watching the world go by! The cottage was cosy and had everything that you needed, it really was a home away from home (with better views!) I couldn’t recommend Nici’s cottage more, the location is perfect for exploring the local area and Nici is a wonderful host! It really ticks all the boxes and I wish we could have stayed for longer! Thank you for letting us stay!

Had an enjoyable stay in this great accommodation in lovely village. Friendly folk around including at the well stocked village shop just up the road. You’re literally just around the corner from an excellent 800 year old castle with free entry. All very easy staying at the cottage, and it’s a great location to get out and about in this part of West Wales.

Cosy Cilbronnau Lodge, Llangoedmor, Cardigan

EllieRating, 5 stars2 days ago
We had a fantastic stay, the house and garden are beautiful and it's one of the cleanest and most well equipped places we've ever stayed. The house is ideally situated, just a short drive to Cardigan town, various beaches and the coastal path. Tracey was a great host, brilliant communication and gave clear instructions for check in/out etc. We absolutely loved our stay, would highly recommend staying here.

Buzzards Watch, converted barn, rural setting

AnittaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
A place of inspiration We couldn't be more happy about how the stay went. It was the perfect, peaceful, away-from-the-buzz place we were looking for. And Neil and Kate were very friendly and hospitable. We loved the fact that the Buzzards watch had it's own enclosed outdoor, garden-space looking out to the fields beyond. But the highlight was definitely their wildlife garden and pond; we enjoyed and appreciated the work they put into it to make it as beautiful as it is. The price for a 4-night weekend was surprisingly great and a steal. It is also in an ideal location to explore around Cardigan, the iron village, multiple pre-historic burial chambers, Cenarth falls, the Welsh wildlife centre, and plenty of stunning beaches, to name a few. In short, this place inspired us and we are definitely planning to come back again.
