super quiet and cozy place!

The place is wonderful, the view incredible and the space extremely cozy, we were very well received, everything in the place was perfect!

Everything was perfect!! Our reception was sensational. The vibe of the place is different, a romantic footprint with peace and tranquility. I highly recommend it and will return more often.

Super cozy cottage, everything clean and even more beautiful than in the photos. The climb from the entrance of the owner's property to the chalet is a bit difficult and makes it more difficult on rainy days, but we went up with a kwid and everything worked out 😅 The host, Mrs. Miriam and her husband were super helpful with us. Top service! Just a tip for those who rent on cold days: the water comes straight from the spring, so it comes very cold. If you're going to use the shower, turn on the bathtub later, otherwise the water won't heat up that much. But it's not absurd either, because the cottage kept the temperature inside well, not letting us get cold. In short, we are already planning for future dates, because we LOVE the place! 1000 points!

The chalet is very comfortable, and very cozy. It has a kitchen along which makes it easy. The hydromassage is big and very good! It is a 20-minute drive to Navegantes beach. I will come back more often.

Sergio's place is awesome! Note 11 Simple but cozy. If you want to get out of the madness that we live in the metropolises, this is the place for 101%. Sérgio is a darling, he gave us many tips for tours, restaurants and beaches. The flea is the most delicious host in the world, complete with a golden key for the stay (For those who love dogs like me, it literally closes with a golden key). The room is well tidy, clean, smelling bath towels and the rest of the house with a very cozy touch. The view does not even speak. The beautiful sea on the balcony, where we picked it up and kept the night and enjoyed the incredible view. If I were to define in one sentence I would say: A little piece of paradise! The clean beaches, crystal clear waters where we could see the turtles and the little fish. The backyard has many fruit trees, we eat guava and acerola straight from the foot, this is priceless, it has a taste of childhood. Absolutely recommend the space to everyone, and will be back more often. Thank you Sergio for the amazing hospitality you provided us.

Our stay was excellent! The site perfectly met all our needs — everything was clean, organized and exactly as described in the ad. The host welcomed us very well, was super attentive and helpful throughout the entire stay, helping us with everything we need. It was the ideal place to celebrate our 6 years together with comfort and tranquility. We highly recommend!

Whenever I am in Brazil, I try to spend a few days in the House and every time there is improvement on it! Extremely comfortable bed - in the three bedrooms, toiletries (soap, dishwashing products) super okay- the soap that was in the bathroom was from the Boticário; mega smells! The bedding is all new, and so are the bath towels! The house now has a super amazing air conditioner that can be regulated via the guest's phone app and the television - it was changed, it is super easy to use and with an extraordinary image quality! I'm Digital Nomad and the internet of this house is one of the strengths for those who work online! This time it was full of toucans! The fireplace is a charm in itself and now there are 2 swings in the trees for the kids to have fun - and the adults too! Whenever I leave, my heart sinks because I have so much appreciation for this place! I met him during the pandemic and it was one of the best things that ever happened to me! I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND IT!

The location is very quiet, close to the beach and very close to Beto Carreiro, there are restaurants nearby and a market too, easy access, very good location.
