It is located on the 4th floor and is newly remodeled in its kitchen and bathroom. It has 1 bedroom with air conditioning and 2 single beds of 1.80 x 80 or 1 double bed, living room with air conditioning and 2 sofa beds, defined kitchen, bathroom, terrace overlooking Playa Mansa and garage (maximum height 2 m). It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room with wood stove, large terrace, garage, cable TV with 49" smart TV and 32-inch smart TV, Wi-Fi, capacity for 6 people. Very quiet and safe area. Steps from the sea!!!!! IMPORTANT!!!!! We DO NOT leave bed linens or towels. If required, it is $5 per person for the entire stay. It is on the first floor by stairs
