A dream week in the Marche region with the whole tribe: cousins, sisters, parents, dog and mother-in-law (yes, even her). The villa? A paradise. Top pool, therapeutic whirlpool (also for the nerves), BBQ for serial grillers. Stefano and Alessandro: 10 out of 10, always present but never intrusive. Postcard panorama, comfort everywhere. We relaxed, had fun and... gained weight. We'd go back tomorrow. In fact, we'd move there.

We were a group of 13 people – with and without disruption, a facility from Switzerland - and were allowed to spend our Easter holiday in your house this year. Both the house itself and the surrounding area have delighted us, but in particular we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year around this time and have experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house been as perfect for us as a group. We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend at your place. It was a completely successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

Joana’s apartment is incredible. We love the style and furniture, everything is thought of down to the smallest detail. Her communication is really prompt and so helpful. We had an unforgettable stay at this incredible home in the middle of the forest. It’s located in a peaceful and quiet area—exactly what we needed to escape the noise and stress of the city. The house itself is amazing: authentic, very clean, and it stays cool even during hot weather. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. One of our favorite things was the built-in barbecue area right in the kitchen—such a unique and cozy experience. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept wonderfully with the windows open. It was so quiet, with only the sounds of nature around us. Nearby, there’s a river and a few natural pools with small waterfalls—perfect for a refreshing dip after a hike. At night, the forest lit up with fireflies (we were lucky to be there during the season), which was absolutely magical. And the starry sky was just breathtaking—so many stars, clearly visible without city lights. Petra, the host, was incredibly kind and welcoming. This was truly unforgettable!

We felt very comfortable in Giovanni's villa. Giovanni is a fantastic host – always friendly, communicative and easy to reach. He personally guided us around on arrival and was at our side with helpful information. The villa is located on a spacious plot with several beautiful terraces. The private terrace in particular impresses with a magnificent view over the valley, the olive trees and the castle. The furnishings leave little to be desired: a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils as well as homemade oil, vinegar and herbs from the garden. Fresh water is also available. Sleeping and seating furniture are comfortable and the accommodation was clean. Giovanni and his family live next door, always present, but discreet. He gave us valuable tips for excursions, restaurants and the surrounding area. Thanks to his recommendations, we were able to take beautiful day trips to Rimini, San Marino, Riccione and to quieter places. Thank you!

Marco's house welcomed us and pampered us throughout the stay. Equipped with every comfort, it is ideal for visiting Anghiari and its surroundings. The garage is very convenient to make bikes safe. Landmark for the area in my opinion. Thank you

We had a very nice family vacation. The house is nice, but especially the garden is wonderful. The view is great. Close to nice villages. The contact with Fabio is very nice. We arrived around midnight and were personally greeted, given a tour and explanation of the house and the area. Contacted several times during the week. Went very well. Definitely recommended to go and have a nice time with family or friends!

The apartment is spectacular, it is 3 super nice and very equipped floors. The views and the exterior is beautiful. To get there you have to make a path of curves. Highly recommended!

The views from this guest suite will be some of my favorite memories of Tuscany. I highly recommend going outside 30 minutes before sunrise to watch the sky change colors against the mountains while you take a deep calming breath looking across the valley below. The guest house is compact, modern, and clean. And Patrizia and her family are just next door, available and friendly if you need anything.

A quiet neighborhood with wonderful hosts who make you feel at home from day one. A perfect place for real relaxation. Our dog appreciated the daily company of sweet Memole in the garden. Clean, comfortable, the surroundings of the house are a feast for the senses!Matteo, Marusca and Eva were very friendly and helpful in every matter. A beautiful apartment within the walls of Gradara. A charming location and a lot of tranquility, but with the possibility of having good food and really beautiful views at hand. And the sea is less than 10 minutes away by car. An experience to be had. Thanks Davide

The place was absolutely perfect for us, a beautiful house and a house with soul. Very nice terrace (very nice with the small pool on hot days) and garden, cozy living rooms. We felt at home from the first day. The house is located in a nice old town, with a short distance to many beautiful Italian cities, and to many good restaurants, but you are completely dependent on a car. We also found great opportunities for hiking. Manuela and Massimo were very helpful and nice, gave us daily tips on things to do and places to visit, and were very flexible when we had visitors from Norway. Manuela came by with cakes and wine, and had made delicious food for us when we arrived, since all the shops were closed at Easter. We enjoyed Laterina and the house very much, and we will be happy to return.

Amazing Villa! We enjoyed every minute for our 10 days vacation. Absolutely conveniently located in proximity of Arezzo which gives us quick access for hour or two drive to all cultural and artistic towns in Tuscany and Umbria. The villa is exactly as described and beautiful maintained. Chiara and Andrea exceed our expectations for hospitality. Highly recommend their house.
