Le studio est mitoyen à notre maison et a son entrée indépendante. Il est situé en proche périphérie de Quimper à 5 min en voiture de la gare, à la sortie de la voie express et à 15 min des plages. Le quartier est résidentiel, au calme et à 5 min à pied des commerces ( supermarché, boulangerie, restaurants, bureau de tabac...). Le studio vient d’être entièrement rénové avec une décoration actuelle. Il est meublé et équipé. Vous bénéficierez d'une belle vue dégagée sur la vallée du Jet.

We will be happy to host you in Kerguen! The proposed gîte is classified as "furnished tourist accommodation 2 **" by the OT 29 organization. It is located in a stone farmhouse and can accommodate from 1 to 6 people. It will be a "resource place" where you will enjoy calm and nature when you return from your getaways. We are ideally located to travel within 30 minutes to various places of interest in this beautiful region of Finistère where all your senses will be awakened!

The accommodation is located on the 2nd and top floor of a small residence of four apartments WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. It consists of a living room opening onto a balcony overlooking the bay, and a large bedroom with a bed of 140 x 190 cm. Wifi and connected TV. Occupancy capacity for up to 2 people. In the heart of the village, you can do anything on foot. Parking in small private yard. Self check-in with lockbox. Book with my favorite places and places.

For a holiday or a night , we offer our cozy house for 4 people near a forest with its multiple trails. 10 min from Quimper and 25 min from the beaches. The house is well equipped, the beds will be made upon your arrival , the towels and kitchen linen provided. All convenience stores are 800 m from the gite. Our primary residence is on the same grounds and Leon our bulldog is part of the family.(Dogs accepted on request)
