Stone house completely renovated by our family and located in the wonderful village of Pretoro, at the foot of the Majella. Two floors and a large garden entirely available for guests. First floor consists of equipped kitchen and living room with a very comfortable sofa (if necessary, sofa bed, 2 seats). There is also a small outdoor patio that can also be used for a pleasant aperitif outdoors.

Equipped with a tavern with a fireplace for dinners with friends, and a pergola with a window where you can enjoy a barbecue overlooking the olive groves, bicycle shelter and/or for 4-legged friends, sunbed and deckchair to enjoy the outdoor spaces.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
