This was incredible place. Right in the centre of town, close to many restaurants. The apartment was very clean, quiet and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The host was very responsive and had excellent suggestions.

Sparkling clean, lovely updated apartment, host was very communicative and explained the details of the unit, beautiful view and quiet, peaceful surroundings. I hope we can visit again in the summer to use the pool!

We booked for one night due to the proximity to the Ovindoli ski resort (30 min) but, even if for a short time, everything was perfect. Luigi was very helpful and very kind, in addition to allowing us to arrive after midnight, he made us find a gem of a house. Clean, equipped with every comfort, very comfortable bed and breakfast ready for the next morning. What can I say, it felt like home, we'll definitely be back if we need to.

We stayed two weeks in this apartment I can only say that the level of hospitality is really rare! There's all the essentials in the house. In addition, Valter and Daniela offer you everything you need for a great breakfast and a wonderful bread from the L'Aquila. The arrangement was very easy, Vittorio went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed on our trip. He is very sweet and incredibly helpful. The three of you had a lot of space in the apartment and it was very nicely furnished. Especially the private terrace is huge and really pretty! Vittorio is a great host and I would come back anytime!

I found the house in great condition. The property has everything you need and was very clean. Valeria was always responsive in her messages and provided all the necessary directions and information. I highly recommend it.

My partner and I stayed for a week, the house is in a quiet and peaceful area, it is completely independent and all fenced, great for us who travel with our inseparable Rottweiler who really appreciated (us too!)the large garden. Inside the spaces are right, there were two of us but there would have been 3 other people, we didn't miss anything. Good location to visit Abruzzo both to the sea and to the more inland areas. We had a great time and among the things we most appreciated the tranquility, the silence, the right privacy, the nature that surrounds the house with a beautiful view, the spectacular sunsets, the fireflies in the evening in the garden. Obviously, a special thank you to Francesco, he was a helpful and caring host, always in communication with us and gave us countless tips on places and restaurants, it was like being at a friend's house. Highly recommended experience!

A vacation with a view of beauty. A perfect home for large groups thanks to large spaces, with attention to the smallest details. Light enters from dawn to dusk through the large windows and the eat-in kitchen is the beating heart of the house. The panoramic view really leaves you breathless. The rooms upstairs are really cozy, the only flaw is the little light in those downstairs. Each room has its own bathroom, a very important plus for multiple families or groups of friends. Barbecue, swimming pool, pool tables and ping pong table are the icing on the cake, which made this house absolutely unforgettable. Obviously super recommended.

Impeccable stay. Really a house that is small but well maintained and with all the necessary comforts. One slightly uncomfortable thing, but you get used to it, is the bathroom that is small for a person over 1.70m. For the rest, everything is really taken care of in detail. The apartment is very nice, very clean and comfortable, and can be reached very easily from the two train stations of the city, even on foot if you want (but there are several bus lines nearby). Numerous activities nearby, cultural (Museo delle Genti d'Abruzzo, birthplace of Gabriele D'Annunzio...) or leisure (restaurants, shops, beach...). The host, Francesco, is very helpful, and very kind!

We stayed in Eleonora's apartment for one night. The penthouse is very comfortable and various services can be managed comfortably from the tablet. During the stay we were able to enjoy the sauna, the relaxation area with the salt wall and a wide choice of teas and herbal teas available. The kitchen was fully equipped and functional. Thoughtfully styled, we really appreciated the Japanese-style living room. Perfect for a relaxing weekend.

The accommodation is in the heart of Francavilla al mare. The Sirena is the linchpin of this city that stretches along the sea. 5 minutes' walk from the beach (soft sandy beach). An underpass (under the railway tracks) provides easy access to the beach, the world's best ice cream parlor "Tennisbar dal Professore" and various Restaurants. On the accommodation side, there are several supermarkets (it is recommended to take the car) The accommodation is located in a corner house, high floor. In the spacious entrance area, the small kitchen is open to the living-dining room, beautifully bright and spacious. Two bedrooms are to the right and the bathroom to the left. You can see the sea from the bedroom windows. All rooms have air conditioning. The apartment is clean, tidy, spacious, central. Small "helpers" such as laundry racks, parasols and brooms make it easier to organize after a nice day at the beach. We thank Elisa for the great accommodation. We will be happy to come back!

One of the most beautiful and comfortable homes I've ever been to. Enviable location, perfect for a weekend in the mountains with the family.
