Absolutely gorgeous place! Spotless, peaceful and everything you need to feel right at home. Communication with the hosts was excellent and got a lovely welcome pack with some gorgeous homemade brownies and a 'Happy Birthday' card as it was my partner's birthday. Dreamy outdoor area and just all round the perfect stay. Will definitely be returning! Thank you Jo!

Me and my boyfriend stayed in the lodge for 4 nights it was absolutely beautiful. The grounds are so well kept, saw bunnies and a king fisher whilst we was there. We fished everyday, the lake is very good for pike, my boyfriend caught about 12 pike and we also caught a few perch and roach. We went for a roast at the bell and crown, one of the best roasts we’ve had! Each evening we sat on the dock and had a glass of wine by the lake was so lovely! Would definitely recommend this place!

We had a great stay in this homely peaceful cottage. It was very relaxing with a lovely garden and very green surroundings, comfortable beds, good TV reception and our Internet seemed fine. Many things were provided and appreciated and everything we needed was there. We would recommend William's place as a good base for a car based holiday as most things are a short to medium drive away, we had a great week.

Clare was very welcoming and her place was perfect for our stopover while travelling between London and Cornwall. Just off the A303! We could have enjoyed more days there as very comfortable and relaxing. We really appreciated the breakfast provisions - very thoughtful and generous. And the weather allowed us to sit outside and drink our coffee too! We certainly recommend.
