Family-friendly Pentwater cottage w/ big yard

Located in the quaint lakeside town of Pentwater, our property is the perfect vacation spot any time of year. Tucked a few blocks off the main road, you'll have peace and quiet away from the crowds, but are just a short walk, bike ride, or drive to downtown Pentwater shops/resturants and the beautiful Lake Michigan shoreline/beach. We've recently refreshed the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. We also have a huge backyard, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The Little Green Cottage in PTW

This vintage style cottage was recently renovated and we are excited to be able to share it with guests. At 650 square feet we have designed every square inch to be usable. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths this cozy and comfortable space is perfect for couples or small families. It is located on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood and overlooks a creek. Easy walk (or take the bikes provided) to the white sandy of Mears Beach and the charming downtown shops that make Pentwater a summer destination.

Step out onto your lakeside patio & enjoy your morning sips. Hear the birds, nature & relish in the view. Grab a kayak & embark on a tranquil experience; with kayak/ lake access a short 5 min. walk. Swim or fish at Hart Lake or venture out to SilverLake or Pentwater. Then, take a bike stroll & come back to a roaring campfire where s'mores, games & stargazing are always welcome. End your evening lakefront on a plush bed with various entertainment options & blackout shades throughout.

The Cottage

Small Charming Cottage set in a beautiful wooded setting. People who have stayed here have seen deer, raccoons, fox, woodpeckers, and listen to the sounds of whippoorwills in the evening. There is a small patio out back, with outdoor seating and grill, with a fire pit nearby. It is Private and romantic yet still close to Silver Lake, Stoney Lake and Lake Michigan. Equipped with a full kitchen, bath, and laundry. Heat and AC available, AC is removed during colder months.

Stay at the Lazy Dazy!This cozy ,charming cottage is in the best location! Directly across the street from marina with the best views. It is decorated charming and has 2 queen beds, 2 singles, and one double bed for super comfort. Coffee on the porch is a must and you'll fall in love with Pentwater. A quick block walk downtown or to the channel at Lake Michigan is a step away. A perfect girls weekend getaway or color tour stopping point!

A/C, gas grill on upper deck, fire pit, amazing sunsets/rises overlooking the lake. One king bedroom, one queen on upper level, a full-size futon on lower level, one and a half baths. Linens, dishes, coffee pot and pod option, etc. No Pets ($300 violation fee)

Serenity Now Treehouse is a TRUE treehouse built in four strong Oak trees on the property behind our home alongside Silver Creek. Here you’ll find the perfect place to unplug for a couple of days of peace and tranquility. We’ve also recently added a prayer chapel along the side of our home for our family, friends and treehouse guests to have a special place to pray and connect with God if you would like.
