The house is a three story Victorian in a quiet residential street located in the heart of Penzance, less than 5 mins from town centre and train station. It is light and airy whilst maintaining its Cornish charm. The spacious attic has a view over the bay and all the incredible beaches of west Cornwall are within easy reach. There are plenty of art studios and great restaurants close by including Newlyn and St Ives.
