Holiday rentals with a patio in Peraia

Thank you for such a welcoming stay. Very well-maintained space, all the comforts of home for a family with three children and a very helpful host, Mr. Kostas. If we find ourselves in Thessaloniki again, we will return.

Thessaloniki is an amazing city. Among its many assets in the waterfront where everyone is having fun in the evening. This appt is literally 2 mins on foot from all that, but also close enough to the city centre with its magnificent churches and museums. Perfect place, equipped to a ver high standard, for your city break.

Our stay delighted, very beautiful space , modern just like in the photos, bigger in person , very comfortable , clean and with many amenities! Very quiet neighborhood and good location!!

Communication with Effie was quite easy and fast. We were happy to think about a lot of things at home and prepare. The location of the house is very central. It can be walked everywhere. Parking in the city is generally a problem, but there is also paid parking right across from the house. We were quite satisfied, we stayed for 3 nights with 4 adults, 2 children.

My stay was impeccable...!! Exactly what you need... Clean, quiet, easily accessible,with a secured parking spot,and with a completely friendly owner... I recommend it without any reservations..!!!

We had a nice stay. The host met us, the day before check-in sent us a lot of information about faster access to the location ,about good restaurants,sights, and beach locations. Our stay was peaceful, the apartment perfectly suited the descriptions and our space was enough for our big company..

The apartment was in a very good location and had a parking space right outside. Christos was friendly and responded promptly. He gave me clear instructions, both before and during my stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Dimitri's accommodation. Very nice house and great decor, everything was very clean. The area is very quiet, almost village-like, and you have a great view of the city. Our highlight: enjoying the sunset on the city wall. There were also very good taverns nearby. We would love to come back :))

We had a good time staying at the place. It was clean, we were received personally and it was easy and uncomplicated to reach our host. The location was perfect for us. It's within broader walking distance from the center and easy to get around with public transportation.

An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

Konstantinos was very polite and very helpful. The house is really cozy, exactly as described, very clean and offered everything required for a pleasent stay.

A friendly host. He gave nice tips to do and where we could eat well. The house was spacious and has nice beds.

Georgios's place is beautiful and he is a super host. Located in the old part of Thessaloniki, the surrounding area is exceptionally peaceful and the rooftop of Georgios's apartment really allows you to make the most of the wonderful Greek weather. Georgios is quick to reply to any questions, very helpful and flexible. Thessaloniki is vibrant city with lots to do and a rich history. The old part of the town is situated at the top of a hillside. We made good use of regular, cheap and friendly taxis to make our way back to the apartment at the end of each day.

The accomodation was as we expected, there was a suprise gift for the kids from the owner and they were thrilled. Nice spacios rooftop with privacy and the view worth milions, nicely organized apartment with everything in need, the owner was so much helpfull for explainig how things work inside and we were ready to use it, deffinitly place on our vacation map, the beach upfront was long, clean and breathtaking. Next time we will bring meat to test the grill outsed the apartment 😁. Nicely spent time and worth the money!

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. Fantastic stay! The house was cozy and clean, a real paradise in which to relax. The location was perfect for exploring the city and discovering all its secrets. The service was impeccable and the hospitality was top notch. I can only highly recommend this stay to everyone! I will definitely be back!

Eleni's place was amazing, as always! This is my go-to AirBnb spot in Thessaloniki, I can't recommend it enough!

New apartment, very well equipped, clean with private parking. Ideal for two people, but also suitable for those traveling with a child. Not far from the center, which is convenient to reach by taxi or car and well positioned to start discovering the archaeological sites of Pella and Aigai. The surrounding area does not offer the best, but 5-10 minutes' walk away there is a shopping center with a super well-stocked supermarket. Our hosts were super nice.
