Holiday rentals in Peresiji

The villa is beautiful, very clean and equipped with every comfort. High-quality materials outside and in the kitchen, very pleasant. The swimming pool is wonderful with warm temperatures. A rental car is needed to explore the area. Pula is a half-hour drive, as is Rovinj. The village of Bale nearby is authentic and therefore very nice. The bedrooms all have their own bathroom, also very clean and tidy. Plenty of towels and closet space. The beds are very nice. Communication went smoothly. Anton responded quickly and kindly. Recommended for when you want to relax in peace :)

Luxuriously decorated house, even more beautiful in person than in the photos and we immediately felt like we were at home! Antonia welcomed us the most sincerely, after the trip we could snack on cheese and prosciutto right away, have a glass of wine, and the kids were greeted with ice cream! We are speechless as much as Antonia and her family cared about guests, she cared about every detail to make our vacation perfect. I would particularly emphasize cleanliness-at the peak, and the kitchen is perfectly equipped! The kids enjoyed the pool, lufts, balls, football, trampoline, Playstation 5, board games, badminton - a dream vacation with lots to do. We enjoyed the privacy of the pool and the house, the wonderful walks, visited Rovinj - more than once, Bale, Motovun - everything is close to be able to make a nice excursion. We are delighted with the Grimani pizzeria, which is 5 minutes away, in the center of the place-best pizza, especially Nutella pizza! Mime's is great too. Once again a special thanks to the lovely Antonia - see you again! Perfect house for a family with kids!

Great hosts! They were very friendly and wanted to help with local recommendations. They went above and beyond. The location was ideal for day trips and the accommodations were beautiful.

This villa was a really nice place to relax and watch the sunsets at the pool :) Also the living spaces, kitchen and outdoor cooking area were excellent. We can really recommend staying here and enjoy the quiet surrounding nature. Thanks for hosting us :)

We were allowed to spend a wonderful holiday with Marina and Vito and felt well cared for from the first moment. Even the personal welcome was warm and very attentive – you immediately feel welcome. The communication with both was straightforward and friendly at all times. The cottage is exceptionally well appointed – significantly better than many other accommodations we know. Everything was very clean, lovingly prepared and thought out in detail. For our needs, the house was perfect: spacious, quiet location and ideal for relaxing. A special highlight was the pool – well maintained, beautifully located and simply fantastic for relaxing hours. Surroundings is quiet and invites you to relax. We felt completely comfortable and would book the house again at any time. An absolute recommendation!

We had an incredible stay at Dino’s place! Dino was an extremely friendly host, offering great hospitality and sharing fantastic tips on local restaurants and places to visit. The house was amazing – beautifully designed with everything thoughtfully arranged. We felt completely at home and honestly didn’t want to leave. We’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommend staying here!

This was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed for an Airbnb. Maja and her brother Ivan were very helpful over text and getting us anything we needed throughout the stay. The road to get to the house is a bit in the middle of nowhere, but when you arrive, you’ll be STUNNED at how precious this spot is. It’s about 25 minutes to all the major Istrian town- Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, (we decided to go a little further to Rijeka to see the epic castle one day. Worth the 1.5hr drive). If you don’t have a car, it could be harder to get around since it’s a bit remote. But there is a small train station right outside the neighborhood that takes you to the bigger towns. We called this place our home away from home. So cute and cozy and the bed was very comfy. I hope you enjoy this place as much as we did!
