Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Perini

We spent a week over New Year's Eve at Jure's house and enjoyed the time very much. Jure's house is a little off the road, but so central that all necessary places were quick and easy to reach. The property is completely enclosed, which was very pleasant for our dog. The house is situated in a beautiful garden and has everything that is needed. The underfloor heating was particularly pleasant now in winter. The contact with Jure was straightforward. He was on vacation himself during our stay, but a friend gave us the key and provided us with all the necessary information. Nevertheless, Jure was always available to us and provided us with restaurant tips. We can well imagine spending another vacation in Jure's house.

Everything is great, there are no complaints. Friendly hosts, great accommodation :)

Excellent villa, beautiful pool. Lidija and her husband made us feel very welcome with homemade pastries and a vino on arrival. Excellent location easy to get to Pula and Pazin. We loved it. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

We felt very comfortable with Marko and Leila. Communication was great! The accommodation is exactly as shown in the pictures and was really nice! The area is very quiet and rather remote, but restaurants and supermarkets are easily accessible by car. We had a great time at Casa Nostra!

We loved staying at Elizabeta's. The house was even better than we expected, everything is clean and comfy. Elizabeta and her family are great hosts.

The house is just great. Just as described, rather better. The heated pool allows you to play in the water for hours. Children can be supervised from the shaded seating area. The many other play options in and around the house allow you to spend entire days without boredom. The air conditioning keeps the house pleasantly cool and can be individually controlled. The equipment is in top condition. Ivan is a great host and responds in record time. We were there as a family with 5 adults and two children and would like to come back.

The apartment was even more beautiful than the Airbnb description and photos. We felt at home straightaway, great location and really well fitted out. Loved the sleeping space, bathroom and terrace.

This place is highly recommended! When we arrived, we immediately felt comfortable. The area is very rural, green and quiet. The accommodation is very stylish with many warm colors - perfect to get away from everyday life. Overall, the accommodation is very spacious due to the three different levels. We couldn't figure out where to heat the pool, but we were always in the whirlpool anyway. A perfect accommodation for us. However, we would recommend a maximum of 4 adults, otherwise you would have to share a room.

I am very attentive to cleanliness and Ante's apartment was really clean and tidy; it is equipped with everything you need for your stay, including the kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook. Ante was available and the stay was great.

We were passing through for 4 nights at Bojana's. We were very nicely received, even the dog Sarah of her parents was happy. The apartment is beautifully furnished, especially the bathroom with the infrared sauna is nice to relax in the evening. The kitchen and bedroom are well equipped, the bed was cozy. In the living room, there is a large fireplace, but only a small couch, so it is not really possible to chill on the sofa for two. Outside there is a small bench and an armchair with a table, a few sun loungers would be even cooler. We had cozy evenings with Sarah (dog) with a picnic blanket. Overall, we were very satisfied and can recommend it with a clear conscience.

A really cozy little cottage with everything you need! The garden is huge (our dogs also loved it) and the seating outside is a dream! From the breakfast terrace to lounge furniture to sun loungers and a Hollywood swing, everything is included. Especially in such great weather as we had in June, the cottage is an absolute recommendation! The location in Gracisce in the middle of Istria is perfect for discovering the peninsula - whether to Pula, Rovinj or Vojak, we were everywhere in under 50 minutes.

Pero's place was perfect for us with easy parking, all the amenities you might need and captivating views from the deck. Close enough to Opatija and Rijeka but still a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

We spent 8 nights in the modern and clean accommodation. From the friendly welcome by Sandro, we felt very comfortable. Sandro and Kristina were on site several times a day and regularly inquired or if you had questions you could speak to them personally. They were very courteous and committed to making the guests feel comfortable. There is a lockable room to store bicycles. The homemade cake and Kristina's restaurant tips were great. The beach is very diverse: stone slabs, sandy beach, meadow. We felt completely comfortable and enjoyed the time there.

We would absolutely recommend a stay in the Birdhouse of Branko! After friendly contact about the ETA, he was waiting for us at the communicated stop. He helped us carry some luggage and walked us to the accommodation. Once arrived there, the home was clean and cozy and the fridge was already filled by him since he would know that the shops were closed once we arrived. The view from the balcony can best be described as perfect. Branko is a really kind host who wanted us to feel home. We can confirm that it felt like home. 😌 Motovun was a bit quiet, but it was fine since we loved the serenity of the birdhouse. We will definitely recommend our friend to consider the Birdhouse when visiting Istria. We would also recommend to book at Miro Tartufi for truffle hunting!

The owners of Villa Cami are incredibly welcoming, reliable, and helpful. Communication was always fast, solution-oriented, and kind. Everything from arrival to check-in and check-out went perfectly. The villa itself is immaculate, tastefully furnished, and set in a beautiful, peaceful environment. In person, it exceeded the already great impression from the photos. For families with children who value privacy and tranquility, this is absolutely the perfect choice. We felt completely comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. Villa Cami is a true gem – we wholeheartedly recommend it and would love to return!

We felt absolutely comfortable in the villa. House, pool, view and surroundings, everything was fantastic. The house is away from the hustle and bustle so you can enjoy peace and relaxation but still reach good restaurants, cafes and great cities quickly by car. Since the previous guests left early, Daniela immediately informed us that the house will be ready before 4 pm and so we were able to check in shortly after 12 pm :-) !!!! We had an unforgettable vacation and would love to come back. Thank you Daniela & Korado!

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The house is not only very large, but also immaculately clean and furnished with great attention to detail. We were particularly impressed by the high-quality olive oil and the delicious wines that were available directly on site - a wonderful regional addition! The outdoor area is a real highlight: the garden is beautifully maintained, the pool invites you to relax and the small but very well-equipped gym was perfect for staying active on vacation. The reception was extremely warm – we were greeted very kindly and received many great recommendations for the area. The host was always available and made our stay all around pleasant with his helpfulness. We can highly recommend this house and the hosts and will definitely come back! 🍷🏡

Villa Grgo is a very nice property and corresponds to the description and photos. The location is a little off the beaten track, but you can reach supermarkets, restaurants, cities and beaches by car in no time. The amenities are new and upscale. The pool was also cleaned for half of our stay, and we also regularly used the hot tub and sauna. Communication with the hosts was also great, helpful and fast. On request, we were also able to check in earlier. All in all a very nice stay in Istria.

The contact before check-in was always friendly and helpful. The reception on site and the tour of the house was very warm. All rooms were clean and corresponded to the pictures in the description. The garden was huge and just right equipped for children. The pool and terrace were clean and very welcoming. For the children there were also toys in the house. Wood and lighters were available for the indoor and outdoor fireplace. The surroundings were quiet and located in the middle of nature. The grounds were completely fenced and the garden was nicely laid out. The kitchen was great, everything was available. All rooms were modernly decorated and cozy. In the evening, the pool and garden were chicly lit. For questions or the like, the landlady was always available and could help and give tips for things like activities. We would book the house again and again and enjoyed the stay.

We spent 4 very nice days at the villa. This is very modern and is surrounded by other (holiday)villas. The location is quiet and the large property offers plenty of space to feel comfortable. Kristina is a great host and was always easily accessible. The communication was very pleasant and we always got answers very quickly. Not only the pool is a highlight. There is also a BBQ, a fireplace and a modern kitchen. The rooms are very spacious and simple but modernly furnished. There is a carport with space for two vehicles. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the pool because of the weather, but we had a great time all in all. Also good restaurants are nearby and many attractions. Particularly noteworthy was the good condition of the interior design, cutlery and kitchen appliances. We will be happy to come back.

Would stay here again! We were 7 girls and had the best weekend. The house is located in a quiet area which we loved. There was everything we needed in the house and it was very clean! Ivan responded to my messages immedietly and was very helpfull with everything. Would absolutely recommend to stay here!
