Holiday rentals with a pool in Perledo

Wir waren zum zweiten mal in Monias wunderschönem Haus in Montemezzo und wir haben uns wieder sehr sehr wohl gefühlt 😍 Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ebenso sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend.

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 8 at the Villa. We were prepared for the little walk through the village to access the villa having watched the video that was in the villa manual that was provided in advance of our stay. The villa itself is immaculate and well equipped. We found the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms to be ideal for 4 couples. The bedrooms had breathtaking views of Lake Como and the outside sitting areas were very private and also had great views. The pool was clean and easy to access providing a welcome cool down during hotter days. Maximillian was always available on WhatApp to answer any questions. The village itself is small and quaint - we had a nice rustic meal at the local restaurant and the owners were very hospitable. From the villa we drove down the hill to Menaggio where we got a ferry to explore the region. We hired two cars at Linate Airport & were able to explore easily. Highly recommend a stay at Familia Bremner villa. Thanks Ute & family

Das Haus hat eine fantastische Lage zwischen den Weinbergen von Brissago. Die Architektur, das Interieur und die Räume sind sehr schön und haben uns sehr gut gefallen - wir lieben puristisches Design. Viele Details im Haus und darum machen das Haus zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Wenn man abends auf der Terrasse sitzt , grillt, die grillen Zirpen und man bei einem Glas Wein auf den See blickt - dann ist diese Stimmung etwas Uniques- welches man nicht kaufen kann. Eva - die Hausfee - ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Mille Grazie für den schönen Aufenthalt im Casa Largo. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung besticht durch ihre Lage mit einem tollen Ausblick auf den Comer See. Vor allem Terrasse, Pool und Garten drumherum sind liebevoll gestaltet - ein ruhiger und schöner Platz zum Wohlfühlen und Relaxen. Die Wohnung ist aber auch ansonsten ein guter Ausgangspunkt für unterschiedlichste Aktivitäten in der Umgebung und am See. Silvia hat uns herzlich aufgenommen und wir hatten jederzeit eine gute und schnelle Kommunikation.

We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place in Lake Como! The view was absolutely breathtaking – even better than we expected – and the peaceful location made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything we needed was there, and Elena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. We can’t wait to come back!

This home was honestly such a dream! The host was easy to work with and provided a very helpful video for check in. The parking lot/suitable drop off point for a driver is a bit of a distance from the house, on a cobblestone walkway with stairs along the way. It was a lot of work to get my luggage to the house but SO WORTH IT! It’s absolutely gorgeous and as pictured. The outdoor areas are all stunning and lush - I loved sitting outside for coffee, breakfast, and watching the sunset in the evenings (but bring bug spray)! It rained most of my stay so I didn’t use the jacuzzi or outdoor shower much, but they were functional (I checked) and looked lovely. The ferry station and bus stops are about a 5 min walk away and a local market around 3 minutes away. The couple that owns the store was so sweet! I walked to 3 different restaurants nearby for dinner. They were within 3-15 minutes walking distance and wonderful food! This will absolutely be my first choice for a future Lake Como stay!

Marugg's place exceeded all of our expectations!!!! Lugano was our final stop on our 2 week family trip through Italy. We experienced many beautiful places throughout the 2 weeks but Marugg's place exceeded them all!!! The attention to detail was phenomenal. The location was 'perfetto,' the views spectacular and the home pristine. Our grandchildren made excellent use of the pool and the outdoor space was incredible! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the expansive patio area soaking in the tranquil views of the lake and all of the beautiful flowers. The smell of honeysuckle abounded outdoors ~ Marugg's home truly encompassed all of the senses. We cannot recommend it enough and we can't wait to return on our next visit to see our Swiss family! Marugg, thank you so much for your kind hospitality! We feel honored to have been welcomed into your exceptional home. We made so many beautiful memories with our family. We will treasure them forever! Until next time ...

Ystävällinen ja auttavainen Paola oli täydellinen emäntä. Haimme siskoni kanssa rauhaa ja rentoutumista ja sitä todella saimme istuessamme asunnon parvekkeella, vehreyden ja kauneuden ympäröimänä, taianomaisesta ilta- auringosta nauttien. Alueella on paljon katsottavaa ja koettavaa. Palasimme kotiin rentoutuneina, ihanat muistot mukanamme.

Die Unterkunft liegt oberhalb des Ortes und hat somit einen tollen Ausblick auf den Comer See. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage aber ein Ventilator steht zur Verfügung und obwohl wir tagsüber 30 grad hatten, konnte man abends gut durchlüften und auch gut schlafen. Der Pool ist groß und mit viel Wiese umrandet. Wir sind mit Kind angereist und konnten gut entspannen.

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! L’endroit est parfaitement conforme à la description : propre, bien décoré et très bien équipé. Le lit est confortable, la cuisine a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner, et la salle de bain est impeccable.

This apartment is well equipped and its position on the lake is amazing. The views are stunning . You actually cant wait to come home at the end of the day.Andrea very efficient and helpful...Great swimming pool, and area felt like our own The local shops are great to use slightly more expensive than supermarkets in town but easy to walk to. Wine shop is the best thing ever. You can sample wine before purchasing and its so cheap. Take your own bottle for refill..C10 bus route top of road ,either way is great. 6 mins to Menaggio. Other way is towards Colico. Nice place called Sa Vito kite surfing area and Colico was also nice and not so touristy .

Super Aussicht auf den See, saubere Wohnung. Mit Auto ist auch prima die Umgebung zu erkunden! Ohne eher schwierig, da der Ort leider nicht wirklich fußläufg ist. Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten und schönen Urlaub dort!

We really loved our stay at this beautiful home. We felt like we were in a fairytale. Natalia were very sweet and helpful and we felt very lucky to have found this wonderful place for our vacation. We will recommend this place and it was perfect for family vacation -we were 5 adults and 6 children.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt mit 9 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern. Das Haus ist wunderschön, erstklassige Ausstattung (auch Kindergeschirr und - Besteck sind vorhanden, ebenso Hochstühle, Kinderbett und einige Spielsachen) und viel Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten in Haus und Garten. Der See und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß (oder mit dem Kinderwagen) in 5/10 min erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort und mit der Gastgeberin klappte problemlos. Ein kleiner Abzug, da das WLAN in den Zimmern im Obergeschoss und im Keller nur schwach bis gar nicht verfügbar ist. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert.

We had great holidays in this beautiful and really clean house with everything you need.

Wir haben eine unglaublich tolle Woche in diesem Airbnb verbracht. Das Haus sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Es hat 3 geräumige Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, 1 Kinderzimmer mit Hochbett (was wir für eine erwachsene Person genutzt haben was auch völlig ausgereicht hat), sowie 2 grosse Badezimmer mit WC und sogar noch ein separates WC. Es hat viel Grün um das Haus herum und der Pool und die Aussicht sind unschlagbar, wir haben nicht genug davon bekommen. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man an einigen Stellen etwas merkt, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Die Küche ist z.B. neu gemacht und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen, es hatte sogar einen Steamer. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern sehr gut. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We stayed in this great location for 1 week in JUL 23. We were 4 adults and 2 kids (9 & 6) View was as great as what you can see on the photos. Location is one of the best possible. Not too far from Menaggio (boat to Belagio & Varena). You have a adventure park for kids and adults 20mn away too. And paragliding above Como is also 20mn away (for a once in a lifetime experience). Then you also have Lugano and Como 1h away b’and definitely worth it. Very easy and smooth check-in, hassle free. We enjoyed the small pool on the top every day the weather permited and kids loved it. Definitely recommend for a family trip around Como.

We had a wonderful stay at the Apartment. would need a car to explore the nearby villages as there was not much to do in Olgiasca itself. the view you wake up to each and every morning is magical! would have liked an extra set of towels.

Fantastic place if you want to stay secluded from the hustle bustle. The only way to get around is by a rental bike or car. We had a car and we like staying a little off the grid so it was apt for us. A 4m drive down to the Caddenabia pier to take the boats to other spots on the lake and a 6m drive up north to Mennagio. There is a grocery store down by the lake as well. From the house, you have superb views of Bellagio and Verrana. The kitchen is more than equipped. Just get your groceries and you’re all set. 1 room has an attached bathroom and the other is just outside the room. The pool and the deck were amazing as well. 2 big cars can be parked on the property. The host was fantastic. Always available, even on a Sunday and always with clear instructions. Will definitely want to visit again.

Great accomodation, this place had everything we needed and even more. Literally every single small bit to make our stay comfortable. Host waa really welcoming, with clear instructions how to get there. Need to take into account that accomodcation is situated next to where the host lives, but family was very friendly and positive people,. Accomodation has great pool & sauna, also secure parkint for our car. Host welcomed us with a bottle of prosecco, which was a bonus in this hot weather. Westayed 3 nights to explore Milan & Como., there isn’t much to do in the nearest town; but it’s still nice. It has a groceries shop with a walking distance. We took a a train to get to Milan ( it was €10 for 4 of us and takes about an hour by train and also we had to drive to Como ( around 45 minutes by car).
