Cozy house in a great location We felt very comfortable and happy that we were allowed to bring our dog. There is a sauna, the living room is very cozy, the terrace and the garden are nice and sunny and the location perfect for us. Just a few small things we wanted to note. The bedrooms couldn't be darkened. Extra curtains would be a great thing here. The bathroom smelled unpleasant due to an open washing machine. We were able to get a grip on this through a rubber glove. The lower sled of the dishwasher is broken, so it was difficult to load. Unfortunately, there was no wifi in the lower bedroom Apart from these little things overall a recommended and very cozy accommodation due to the underfloor heating and the cozy sofa, which is especially great for dog owners due to the proximity to the NSG mining ground. Thank you for this, if we are in the area again we will be happy to come back.

We were allowed to enjoy Robert's apartment and garden for 4 days. It was a great time with great excursion destinations and also great restaurants. We highly recommend the place.

Great place for families and large groups. Exactly as described. It's in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful scenery. Dana was our hostess and was very helpful.

The accommodation is cozy, we felt very comfortable. The view is beautiful. Everything you could need is there and it's clean. We especially liked the "space" in the garden, great to linger. And very private.

It is a beautiful tiny house with a morning and evening terrace, in absolute silence. Lovingly, crazy furnished, which was perfect for us! Also perfect with our dogs!Everything we needed was there. Chemnitz, Aue, Schwarzenberg and Gotha, Zwickau are close and super interesting! The best for us, as gourmets and former restaurateurs, was the Jägerklause in Waldbach! Extremely good, homemade food!!! Asparagus, fish, venison burgers, roasts really great! (Opening hours!) This short break was so successful!!! We will repeat it!

We had a wonderful stay! Rebekka was always incredibly friendly and helped us a lot from the beginning, the communication was excellent and she was able to accommodate us very flexibly despite a few spontaneous changes on our part. We felt right at home in this beautiful house! A great place to relax, enjoy peace and quiet and unwind.

We went there for the second time – and it was beautiful again! The house is wonderfully quiet, so you can relax wonderfully, and yet Annaberg-Buchholz is within walking distance. It's a perfect combination of recreation and experience! Gladly again and again! :)

I had some very relaxing days in the green cottage. The place is lovingly decorated, clean and quiet – perfect for unwinding. Everything was as described, WiFi and amenities worked great. Unfortunately I was not able to meet Tímea and Gábor in person, but the communication was consistently friendly and reliable. Thank you for this beautiful retreat – I will be happy to come back!

Cozy, clean, quiet accommodation. Easy to reach, even the bus stop is not far. It is a good place to explore the beautiful Erzgebirge.

Place was absolutely spot on. Lovely location and well equipped. Only annoying thing was a motion light in the hall that I couldn't work out how to turn off but it wasn't horrific!

Great location and I felt very much at home :) cozy and beautiful. The only thing is that you should be clear that luggage has to be carried upstairs 😆 I had a wonderful stay.

We had a great time in Aleksanders house in the center of the spa district of Karlsbad. Absolutely stunning view from the balcony in the evening. Aleksander took good care of us and communication was smooth.

The place is great. On the toilet you have a great view of a horse paddock, ☺️ we just couldn't sleep so well in bed. Everything else is great. 👍

Top apartment, very, very clean, modern, even if the house does not look like it from the outside, so expect a positive surprise in it. Absolutely recommended

It was an absolute pleasure to have stayed at Chris’ place for a month. The rooftop apartment was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped for extended stays. One of the highlights is beautiful daily view of the countryside from the kitchen / dining area. The nearest supermarket (Aldi) and bus stand are both a 10-min walk away, and the nearest train station is a 15-min walk away. Using the Deutschlandticket, you may use Chris’ home as a base to visit Chemnitz, Dresden, Leipzig, etc. Our one-month stay went by fast, and we hope to return one day. We highly recommend Chris’ home to others. Many thanks to Chris and his family.

A large wonderful apartment in the middle of Karlsbad, very good for resting in between! We had three bedrooms, two were under the roof with slopes. One of them could become a problem for really big people! There were also two bathrooms, one of which has slopes, but it is very large. The windows of the bedrooms overlook the park and a colonnade. Very quiet up there! Everything you need was available in the kitchen, but since the gastronomy in Karlsbad is so good, we used it little. The living room is large and has beautiful high windows, a large couch and a large dining table. There is also a dining table in the kitchen. So it's a spacious apartment that I highly recommend! This upstairs apartment is perfect for an active couple. The whole of Karlovy Vary is within walking distance. Supermarkets are very close. You can also walk along the steam right into the spa area. So the location is great. I like how the host has taken photos of everything and indeed the kitchen is fully equipped for any meal. What I did notice is how the rooms are actually bigger than the photos show. There is plenty of room here. The shower and washing machine both work well. Just all in all a very comfortable space for your visit.

This place is much bigger than you would think and then it looks in the photos. He has a private garage, although please don’t bring a large SUV as it will be a nightmare to park it in there. A very large comfortable place. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped nothing is really missing. The location is also great: The surroundings are quiet and pleasant, at the same time the center is not far away and easily accessible. Perfect for exploring the city and surrounding area! All in all, a perfect place to stay for a relaxing vacation. We'll come gladly come back and can only highly recommend this apartment!
