Located in the center of Peroj, just 5 minutes from Fažana and 2 minutes from the nearest beach, also accessible by foot. The balcony offers sea and pool views, with sights of the Brioni Islands, a beautiful national park reachable from Fažana.

Fully renovated and unique apartment in Peroj, a small town very close to the beach- only a short 10 minute walk, or a 2 minute drive to the sea shore . Apartment is on the 2nd floor of a house with a terrace overlooking the beautiful Adriatic sea and National park Brijuni. It has a big and spacious closed backyard where you can also find a fireplace, perfect for grilling. Outside is also a free parking space. Guests can taste olive oil, wine and fresh vegetables, all homemade by the owner.

The beach is only 900m away where you can find beach bars, rent a chairs, and try some water sports. The beach has an amazing view towards the Brijuni islands. If you like active vacation there is a path for biking, running and walking which takes you to Fazana and Valbandon where you can find other activities.

Na drugom najgornjem katu naše kuće nalazi se ovaj prekrasan stan sa pogledom na more i otočjem Brijuni. Stan je veličine 98m2, ima vlastiti ulaz i parking u sklopu objekta. Parcela se prostire na 6000m i u potpunosti je ograđena kamenim zidom. Ispred kuće nalati se bazen od 55 m2. Na cijeloj parceli preko četrdeset stoljetnih maslina.

Our air-conditioned LEE HOUSE is located in a quite neighborhood of istrian village Peroj with privat parking spots. In our big mediterranean garden you can relaxe, do yoga, meditate ect. Your privat whirlpool welcomes you to enjoy the warm evenings with a cold drink out of your own fridge. On your terrace you can serve food out of the full furnished kitchen with oven, microwave, coffeemaschine, water boiler and dishwasher or use the barbecu.

A small sweet apartment in the center of Peroj offers a terrace overlooking the sea. It consists of a bedroom with double bed, living room with a corner sofa that also serves as an extra bed for 2 people, equipped kitchen and bathroom with tub. It is only 1 km away from the beautifully landscaped long beach. We are 4 km away from Fažana, a small interesting fishing village and 12 km away from Pula, the biggest Istrian town.

Self-Sufficient Cottage

The house is self-sufficient. It works based on solar panels and water tanks with filters. Situated just 450 meters from the beach, with beautiful small garden and parking place in front of the gate. The house itself is not located in a secluded place. Also, please note that the house is only for two adults, since there are stairs to bedroom and the water resource is limited for two people, not suitable for children.

This little blue house can acomodate 2-3 people . It is situated in the center of the village . It has a yard with barbecue, parking place infront, a bedroom, living room with sofa, a small kitchen, and a bathroom. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). The guests have two bicycles on disposition.
