It is a very familiar and friendly building and neighborhood, I loved the apartment, well decorated and of great taste, the bed is perfect even more after a long journey. Sergio was very attentive, thank you.

Very spacious and well equipped apartment above the house of the extremely friendly and helpful Suzi and her family. We really didn't miss anything. Large terrace where you can sit in the sun from morning to late afternoon. Located in a very quiet neighborhood with multiple large supermarkets within walking distance. The amphitheater is about a fifteen-minute walk away. We would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone for short and longer stays.

Great place in Pula The apartment, which was in mint condition, was even more beautiful than in the The balcony is great and everything what you need. You can reach the beach in 3 minutes by car and the old town in 10 minutes by car. The supermarket is also only 5 minutes away by car. Kristina was a great host and made check-in very easy for us. We would always stay in the apartment and felt very comfortable.

Ana was lovely, very fast at responding and had great recommendations. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures, even better in person! I 100% recommended this apartment!

Location, location, location. Right in the heart of Old Town, on the oldest street, just below the cathedral for St. Euphemia. Easy walk to everything through romantic, narrow, cobbled streets. The unit is on the third and fourth floors and shares a small courtyard with neighbors. Hostess Margreth was very communicative and helpful. We utilized her private parking space at some distance from the accommodations and her friend Sonia used her golf cart to ferry us to the accomodations. This is a vacation home for Margreth so has a homey, lived-in feel.

Host super friendly and efficient. The villa is really nice with nice furniture and well equipped. Highly recommended.

This is a gorgeous place, approximately 15 minutes away from Pula & Airport. I would highly recommend this stay, the pool, sauna and hot tub are a beautiful touch. This is great for relaxing and is extra stunning when the sun is shining. The only fault I had was that the power tripped quite easily however host was responsive to try and resolve issues.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! The stay was absolutely excellent – the accommodation was spotlessly clean, stylishly furnished and exactly as described. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and always available. I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. Full recommendation!

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

Perfect location within walking distance of everything Quiet and immersed in a beautiful outdoor setting. The two terraces one in the front and one at the back of the house are spacious and areas perfect for eating out at all hours of the day. Clean and very spacious home Equipped with everything you need in the kitchen ( scotch, soaps, cooking necessities, condiments, etc.) Same in the bathroom with detergents and soaps. There was really nothing missing Fruit trees in the garden (we were able to eat the really good figs) Alida is very nice and super helpful We'll be back!

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

The apartment was located in a quiet area. Tanja and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. The amenities were excellent, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The apartment was very clean and easily accessible by car. The sea was a 10-15 minute walk and offers a pebble beach. At this time of year, many restaurants are already closed, but there are also significantly fewer tourists. You can reach Paula by car in a few minutes and a small supermarket is right next to the apartment. The local beach is not necessarily suitable for snorkeling activities. For this, you should visit nearby bays, such as “The Columbian Grotto Beach” or “Prostina” by car. These can be reached in minutes. The area around the property is heavily geared towards tourism and therefore offers numerous leisure activities, but hardly any local venues. Overall, I highly recommend it for 4 people looking for a well-equipped apartment with plenty of space in Croatia and not wanting to spend too much money.

The apartment was very modern. It was very well equipped, the dishwasher was nice. Our dog loved the outdoor trails.
