Beachfront holiday rentals in Perpignan

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, Philippe gave us a warm welcome and provided lots of helpful information about the flat and the surrounding area. Communication was excellent throughout—super quick response times—and he even picked us up from the coach station, which was very much appreciated. The flat itself has a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony, and the beach is just a stone’s throw away. It had everything we needed for a self-catering holiday and more. The location is perfect—right on the beach, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and small shops nearby. There's also a lovely promenade, ideal for walks along the beach. I definitely recommend this property, and if we return to Canet-Plage, we will absolutely stay here again!

Nous avons passé un très joli weekend, le logement mis à disposition correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes : cosy, atypique, fonctionnel, une mignonne terrasse à la fraîche, et à deux pas de la nature sauvage d'un côté (Mauresque) et des marchés et resto de l'autre. Aline a été adorable, de bon conseil et très arrangeante. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr !

Joseps place is immaculate and very well equipped . We were very comfortable and enjoyed spending time on the terrace mostly , where we used the barbecue often We didnt mind the walk into town and the drive was very quick when needing the supermarket. We loved the proximity to the beach and the coastal path offers many hidden beaches to enjoy. Llanca is a great destination and Joseps home a wonderful place to enjoy spending time there . We would definitely like to return .

le studio est petit, mais très bien décoré et très fonctionnel. le lit avec le surmatelas est confortable. le top, c'est le petit déjeuner face à la mer sur la terrasse. l'emplacement est super, avec les commerces à côté . une très belle expérience !

Très bon séjour chez Hervé, nous avons rencontré quelques difficultés mais on nous a accompagné du mieux possible sur place ! Nous reviendrons dans cet emplacement de rêve.

We had the best time at Isabelle’s place right on the beach. We really needed a break and spending 3 nights by the ocean was just what the doctor ordered. We walked to everything and there are tons or restaurants nearby. A Carrefour City is only 50 meters away. Pure paradise. Thank you Isabelle for your hospitality. We will surely be back during the off season !!!

Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique par l'hôtel, leur logement est vraiment parfait pour un petit séjour au bord de la plage qui ce trouve à même pas une minute à pied, et très propre, je compte bien y retourner, je vous le recommande.

Notre séjour s'est trés bien passé. Le logement est nickel et bien équipé. A conseiller si vous passez sur Argeles sur mer 🙂

tres bel appartement,avec une tres grande terrasse. Appartement tres confortable avec tout ce dont nous avons besoin. Tres belle vue sur la mer,ce qui ne gache rien. tres content de mon sejour...

Très bel appartement, dans une résidence calme, avec piscine et court de tennis, très bien équipé. À 5 minutes en voiture de la plage. Arrivée autonome et instructions très claires pour accéder au logement.

Pierre's Unterkunft war richtig Toll! Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Pierre war auch sehr Hilfsbereit falls etwas war. Der Pool war auch der Hammer, immer sehr Sauber. Wir alls Familie können die Unterkunft nur weiter Empfehlen, das war bis lang die Beste Unterkunft die wir je hatten.

What a beautiful place! It’s a complete haven for a lovely chilled out seaside break. Firstly the apartment looked exactly like the listing. It’s well equipped with everything you need. Our 3 year old loved the toys that were available for her to use, such a lovely touch. The hosts are charming and very responsive. It’s in a perfect spot with a lovely pool, beautiful gardens and perfect access to the beach - which is gorgeous with a calm sea - you could walk out for ages! There are lots of lovely restaurants nearby too we really enjoyed it and will be back!

Sandrine a été une super hôte, nous avons beaucoup aimé sa maison à la fois au calme et proche de la plage. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille. :)

Wir hatten als Gruppe eine sehr schöne Zeit! Die Unterkunft liegt traumhaft – direkt am Strand, besser geht’s nicht. Alles war vorhanden, was man braucht, und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war super freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles war (relativ) sauber und funktional – für unseren Aufenthalt absolut ausreichend. Perfekt für alle, die eine entspannte Auszeit in bester Lage suchen. Vielen Dank – wir kommen gerne wieder!

L'appartement de Stéphanie et Franck se situe entre colines et mer,on y entend que les oiseaux et les abeilles,la vue est magique! On y trouve un confort optimal,on se sent "comme chez soi"! Collioure et ses environs ne manquent pas de merveilles à découvrir,on ne s'y ennuie jamais, même si pendant notre séjour la météo n'a pas toujours été au rendez-vous. Un Grand Merci à Stéphanie pour son accueil, sa jovialité et toutes ses petites attentions ... Hotes exceptionnels !!

Très beau séjour, belle situation géogaphique. Un petit bémol, le manque d'espace de rangement pour le linge... Les espaces possibles étaient occupés par la literie du canapé convertible ! Très bonne réactivité de Damien et de Marie. A recommander.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans votre appartement avec cette vue sur 2 côtés du port de plaisance. C'est agréable de voir passer les monocoques et catamarans. Le logement est bien équipé et calme, l'accueil à notre arrivée par votre concierge très apprécié. Pour ceux qui aiment les belles plages de sable fin le Canet est parfait. Et pour les autres en descendant sur Collioure (magnifiques ruelles colorées et fleuries) Port-Vendres ou banyuls par le circuit côtier il y a beaucoup de merveilleux paysages à découvrir et petites plages avec pour certaines la possibilité de faire du snorkeling et voir de très beaux poissons.

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Isabell ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat auf alle Anfragen sehr schnell reagiert. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen, jederzeit gerne wieder.

Beautiful peaceful respite after a week on Camino. The instructions were very clear but we are new to driving in Spain so it took us a minute to find the dirt path to the house. The view from the deck is unbeatable. We came midweek and loved not having to flight crowds. A delight!!

The place was stunning, great decor.. The area is super cute and relaxing. Everything is nearby. The beach is a nice, sandy gradual entry. Bring beach towels.

Nuestra estancia en Les Merles ha sido espectacular. La casa está decorada con gusto y pensada al detalle, en un entorno tranquilo y con una cala preciosa a un minuto a pie. Pero lo mejor, sin duda, han sido los anfitriones: María Isabel y Miquel son cercanos, atentos y encantadores. Se nota el cariño con el que han creado este espacio. Viajamos con nuestra perrita y nos emocionó que nos dejaran un comedero, bebedero y hasta chuches para ella. También nos recomendaron muy buenos sitios para comer y rutas por la zona. Nos ha gustado tanto que hasta nos hemos imaginado una vida viviendo por la zona; en calma, cerca del mar, disfrutando de lo esencial. Un lugar que invita a bajar el ritmo, respirar hondo y reconectar. ¡Gracias por todo!

Excellent, la ubicació és fantàstica. L'edifici es vell i l'entrada fosca i mal mantinguda, però és segur i res de tot això arriba dins l'apartament. Està molt ben equipat per uns dies de vacances, tal com indica l'anunci. Està molt ben climatitzat i amb la finestra tancada és silenciós. Hi ha aparcament de pagament a davant, o gratuït en menys de 5min a peu. L'amfitrió i la recepcionista han estat extremadament atents i amables.

Nathalie’s apartment is everything we expected and more! The view when you walk in is like a painting. It is up many flights of winding, steep stairs with small steps, and we had a little difficulty getting our enormous suitcases full of business attire up and down them, so pack light if you can. This might not be the best place for older or handicapped people. The AC was so refreshing, and the beach is literally across the street. We had so much to do within walking distance that we didn’t take the car out until we left. Nathalie’s recommendations were excellent, and she helped whenever we had questions. We had so much fun and would love to come back! Thank you for such a lovely holiday!
