Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Perrache, Lyon

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans ce logement. Les personnes y sont accueillantes et à disposition du client si besoin. Nous recommandons fortement cet endroit que ce soit pour sa propreté, ses équipements ou encore sa zone géographique (situé à quelques minutes de Lyon avec transport en commun à 200 mètres).

Meilleur endroit pour se reposer à quelques minutes de Lyon en bus. Le lieu est idéal, et la piscine fait tellement plaisir. Sylvie est une super hôte, très disponible, aux petits soins et avec plein de bonnes recommandations! On recommande à 600% !

L’appartement de Laure a sublimé notre séjour à Lyon. Les marches pour y accéder n’étaient pas un problème, et permettent d’accéder à un lieu d’une quiétude absolue avec une vue magnifique sur tout Lyon. Je recommande +++

Tôi đến đúng lúc gặp vợ chồng bác chủ nhà. Họ đã hỗ trợ tôi lấy chìa khoá và nhận phòng. Căn phòng nhỏ nhắn và rất dễ thương. Ấm áp và dễ chịu. Cô mèo nhỏ của chủ nhà đã ngủ cùng chúng tôi suốt buổi sáng. Cảm ơn rất nhiều.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement proposé par Roland et sa femme. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel avec pleins de petites attentions (serviettes, savon, café, sucre, condiments, transat etc). Le quartier est très calme (Auchan à 10/15 min à pied), bus à proximité. La piscine était très agréable. Le petit point à améliorer est juste sur le store qui recouvre la porte, il laisse entrer la lumière donc quand le soleil se lève, la pièce n'est plus dans le noir et difficile de se rendormir à titre personnel.

Guillaume was very responsive from the outset and communicated excellently. The accommodation was extremely tasteful and modern, and spotlessly clean. Considering that the space appeared small, the layout and design meant that it seemed much more spacious than anticipated. The plateware and cutlery was of great quality and little touches were greatly appreciated. This included complimentary tea, coffee pods, various pasta, and salt / pepper. Free off street parking and use of a washing machine were added bonuses with a young child in tow. We would highly recommend Guillaume personally and the accommodation. More suited to couples but managed to accommodate our own travel cot just fine. Thanks.

Notre séjour chez Delphine et Karim était super bien passé, l’appartement est très propre il correspondait parfaitement au photos, c’était notre premier fois a Lyon et Delphine était disponible pour tout avec ses recommandations elle m’a beaucoup aidé à mon arrivée, je me suis permis de la déranger plusieurs fois 🙈mais elle était toujours à l’écoute , et ça c’est très sympa de sa part. Merci beaucoup Delphine je retourne chez vous avec grand plaisir ☺️ Je recommande fortement .

Logement très bien aménagé et agréable (le ventilateur est un vrai plus). Il y a des places de parking tout le long de la rue donc très pratique. L’hôte est réactif et compréhensif ! Je recommande à 100%

I can't speak highly enough about this place, from location to the apartment itself. Michael was extremely responsive and the apartment was spot on being close to public transport and not far from the centre. I would definitely stay again.

Nous avons passé un super weekend entre amis dans le logement de Flavien. Le logement est très bien aménagé et équipé. La proximité avec les transports en commun est un gros plus. Communication irréprochable. Logement à recommander.

Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Tout était comme sur la description Je recommande fortement

I had the best time at Marlène’s appartement. Very clear instructions on how to access the appartement and close to the the alliance française. I felt very safe walking through the neighborhood and everyone was very kind and friendly. Lots of local restaurants and grocery stores. Perfect place for me to continue my French studies. We had such a wonderful time at Stephanie’s apartment! It’s right in the center of Lyon making it the perfect place to explore the city. The apartment itself was very cozy and extremely clean. Even with the heatwave, Stephanie provided many fans that helped cool down the place. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cups for many coffees and snacks at home. Would HIGHLY recommend staying at this beautiful apartment!

I stayed in the apartment for a conference, so I was looking for a place within walking distance from the uni and some amenities like workspace and washing machine. For my purpose, this place was perfect. Just a quiet place to return back to. I like the neighbourhood, personal, local, not touristy, everything you need.

Great apartment for our travels, easy to get to from the train station and easy to travel to the airport from. Lots of great places nearby to eat and easy to walk around from to explore Lyon.

A good place to stay as a base for business trips or exploring Lyon – particularly suitable for solo travellers. It’s clean and functional, with everything you need, though not luxurious. Guests coming from overseas should be aware that the electrical sockets are quite old and may not always work well with modern adapters. That said, the building is solidly constructed, and the thick walls provide a peaceful environment with very little noise from neighbouring apartments.

I couldn’t recommend Julie’s apartment more- fabulous base for a trip to Lyon in a gorgeous part of town, very close to public transport. It’s comfortable, colourful and has an incredible vista. Seeing the lights at nighttime over the Basilica of Notre Dame of Fourvière is a stunning sight.

Appartement agréables, et très bien placé à proximité du métro. Logements moderne et propre avec un équipements de qualités. Merci à gregory pour la réactivité. Je reviendrai lors d'une prochaine formation.

This is a GREAT studio with the most amazing view of Lyon (it looks even more beautiful than the posted picture). Extremely clean, hosts were very responsive with troubleshooting a minor issue with blinds. I highly recommend this place for a single person or a couple. I really enjoyed the neighborhood with great eateries, an organic bakery nearby. It is a 5- minute walk to Halles de Bocuse which was so convenient and delicious!
