Welcome to our cosy two-bedroom apartment within a traditional Cornish long cottage. It’s just a leisurely stroll from both the beach and the centre of Perranporth, yet tucked away in peaceful countryside with a sunny garden bordered by a stream, often visited by friendly wild ducks. 3a Sea View Place is a cosy, well equipped apartment nestled into the rocks just above Bamaluz Beach. It boasts the most spectacular of sea views which can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own balcony making your holiday in St Ives truly unforgettable. This idyllic apartment is ideally situated to explore all that St Ives has to offer. Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches, and the picturesque Harbour, with its array of bars, restaurants, shops and galleries are all just a stroll away.

For those who enjoy walking the south west coast path is just a few minutes stroll from this pet friendly property; Walk to St.Agnes to the south or Holywell Bay and Newquay to the north. At the end of the road from the property there is a bus route. Perranporth is a vibrant village boasting a vast beautiful beach with golden sand and good surf.

For up to two adults only (18+) suit couples. A self contained apartment with sea view glimpses perfectly located in Porth near to the beach, which is only a short walk away. The Mermaid Inn (pub on the beach itself) serving food, and a café serving ice creams etc. Newquay town is within walking distance. There's a separate entrance and off road parking for one car. 50” Smart TV in the living area, and a 43” Smart TV in the bedroom. King Size Bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Sorry No Pets.

The Nook Cosy flat to sea, town and amenities

The Nook is situated on one of the main roads into Newquay. It is to the side of our home, has its own entrance with key safe and is completely self contained which makes it ideal for social distancing. There is private off road parking just outside in front of the flat. It's approx a 20 minute level walk into Newquay town or alternatively there is a bus stop at the bottom of our drive. The closest beach, Porth Beach, is a 5 minute walk away with all the other Newquay Beaches nearby.
