Quiet, self contained annexe close to Marazion.

Tresten is a bright airy quiet house on a country road. It is one mile from Marazion, so please bear this in mind if you are on foot, I am always happy to pick you up from Marazion if I’m free. The bedroom has two single beds and is on the ground floor with its own private shower room. You will be using a separate entrance into your annexe so no need to come into the main part of the house. There is a well equipped kitchen with dining table and a comfortable sitting area with tv and armchairs.

Seaclusion offers a cosy bedroom, comfy double bed and en-suite shower room with toilet, basin and shower. The Tidal Shore Beach House lies at the end of the pretty historical village of Marazion and is suited for 2 adults only. We are situated down a private lane where only two other houses reside, with direct access to the two beaches below from the garden, and a south facing garden and terrace. The house is beautifully decorated throughout with his and hers bathroom and a lovely logburner. This area is surrounded by endless sea, hidden coves, beaches, highlands and outstanding natural beauty.

The Salty is a beautiful contemporary, refurbished barn in a spectacular coastal location with panoramic views overlooking Mounts Bay and St Michael's Mount. The living/dining/kitchen area is airy and spacious with a large panoramic window which can be opened fully. Try putting the dining table in front of the window and enjoy a delightful scenic meal. If its cold, the triple glazing helps keep it warm and the underfloor heating and roaring wood-burner helps complete the picture.

Fantastic location sitting on the edge of the South West Coastal path at the top end of Marazion town.From the balcony this home enjoys uninterrupted sea views over Mounts bay and the famous St Michaels Mount.The Fire Engine pub is only a 5 minute walk. It only takes 15 minutes to walk down to St Michaels Mount and Marazion beach. Perranuthnoe beach is a 5 minute drive away/20 min coastal path walk. Praa Sands beach a further 5 min. Carbis bay&St Ives is only a 20 minute drive.
