All this in a location that is less than 20 minutes drive from the famous beaches of both the North and South coasts of Cornwall. We're ideally situated between Truro and Falmouth where there are a huge range of shops and restaurants. There are two local pubs and many countryside walks on your doorstep.

Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

The Folly - Cornwall

The Folly is set in the small garden of our cottage. Light, spacious and totally unique. Accommodation only. No kitchen but has a fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc & we will do the washing up. Good wi-fi, No TV but there's a screen & Firestick for streaming on your own accounts & DVD player with some DVDs. Double bed. Secluded outside area, barbeque & shared terrace. Off street parking. 15 minutes' walk to the station & close to Falmouth University. Good access to all areas of Cornwall.

The Cabin enjoys beautiful farmland views with distant sea glimpses. It is located a few meters from a footpath so perfect for country walks from the doorstep. Falmouth 15 mins drive. Shops a short drive as is the stunning south coast. Heated by wall heaters in the two main rooms. If you’re a party of 3 and require the double and two singles made up please make your booking for 4 people. Old Cornish pub, great food, stunning Quay, kids park opposite, cycling trail, many walking tracks within the quaint, historic village. Devoran is an ideal central location to explore Cornwall & it's huge amount of stunning beaches. NT Trelissick House & Gardens, Trebah, Eden Project. St Ives, St Micheals Mount. etc Please bring bath towels. Well behaved dogs welcome with prior agreement, no dogs in the main season.

The Engine House

The Engine House is a Grade 2 listed conversion in the stunning development that is Perran Foundry. 10 minutes from Falmouth beach, and 10 minutes from Truro city. Nestled on the banks of the river Kenall, The Perran Foundry is a World heritage site that is over 200years old!. The Engine House as the name suggests was the beating heart of the foundry. The building has been brought back to life and now boasts contemporary spaces set into the fabric of the old foundry buildings.

Cedar Studio with Parking, Central Falmouth

Stylish, purpose-built cedar garden-studio in central Falmouth with kingsize, Hypnos bed and unique, scandi shower room. There is a space for making drinks to enjoy on your private decking. It is located in central Falmouth close to the town centre, beaches, rail stations and some of the university campus buildings. Converted to a high standard with guests in mind, it's the perfect place to enjoy a Cornish break. Enjoy glimpses of Devoran creek and spot whether the tide is in or out in distant views and step straight onto a network of footpaths which criss cross neighbouring farmland.
