The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Villa in the center

The house is warm and cozy and is an excellent base for hiking lovers, to spend pleasant evenings and comfortable and serene days with children. Upon your arrival you will find beds ready and bath linen. We are on a small closed street near the Sangro River. The main square can be reached from the house with a short walk. Near the house there is a playground, a riding school and the start of several walks in the Park, the ski slopes are 5 minutes away by car.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Air conditioning and underfloor heating. Ideal for enjoying the summer nightlife of the Riviera and the peace and tranquility of the sea in winter.

Cocoon of Gran Sasso

"O blessed solitude, or only bliss" Immersed in the tranquility of nature and a few meters from the Annorsi Fountain and its precious spring water, the "Gran Sasso Refuge" was a stable for sheep. After years of abandonment, converted to residential and accommodation use, it found a second life thanks to a wise renovation that, while respecting the context, made use of the latest technologies such as the floor heating system or the ventilated roof structure

Very nice independent apartment located on the ground floor of a 3-story chalet. Consisting of two bedrooms with double beds (one standard and one French), a large living room with fireplace, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a private front garden. The house is located in a residential area surrounded by greenery and is only a 15-minute walk (3 minutes by car) from the center of Pescasseroli and a 5-minute drive from the ski slopes.
