Daniele even came to bring homemade wine twice, delicious. The house is so nice "coming home" after a long day away. Wonderful the tranquility in the garden and around the house. This home is most beautiful. We felt like royalty and were received with the kindness and friendliness that is rarely seen in the best 5 star locations. Better as we not only felt like guests we felt like family. The home is minutes from a world famous Italian spa which we experienced - truly amazing. The home is a short walk to town which is small albeit charming. Guilio and his mother Rita are true gems. We are already planning our next trip to our new home away from home. Everything was 5 star all the way. Hands down. Thank you again, Guilio and Rita😘

We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

We loved our stay in this little house! Claudia - Lorenza's mum - was very welcoming and helpful. The house is delightful, as is the village, and we really enjoyed dinner at the Da Elena trattoria and buying bread from the local shop. The scenery is stunning and there are some lovely walks nearby.

Fantastic property, not new but really well kept and looked after. Spectacular outside space with grape vines over a pergola. Pool was a lot bigger than expected and a nice touch. Fabulous greeting and a welcome basket with local treats and Angiolo’s wine. Great location for touring Tuscany. We would definitely go back!

Absolutely loved our stay at Tomasso Holiday House – a hidden gem in every sense of the word! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the privacy and tranquility of the location. It felt like our own peaceful retreat, tucked away in the hills, yet fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The amenities were top-notch – a perfectly stocked kitchen, cozy living spaces, comfortable beds, and little touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. Getting there was half the fun – the windy roads leading up to the house were scenic and added to the sense of adventure. We actually looked forward to each drive, with sweeping views and a real feeling of escape from the everyday. Tomasso Holiday House is the kind of place you dream about coming back to. It offers the perfect blend of seclusion, comfort, and charm. 10/10 – would absolutely stay again!

This place is absolutely stunning! Alessandro is the most amazing host- very flexible with our late check in and early leaving time- even brought us a cappuccino at 3:30am before we left! Couldn’t recommend more- we will definitely be back- thank you for the most amazing stay!

We were in Dinos Haus for four days with our 10-month-old baby. The view and the tranquility are wonderful and the house has everything it needs for us. The communication with Dino was great, he contacted us on his own initiative and asked if we arrived well and if everything was okay and also responded quickly to our messages. We were traveling with a Ford Transit, your car should not be larger or wider, as the roads are very narrow.

We had the most amazing stay at Micaela! She was the warmest, most welcoming host, had patience with us and all of our questions, and made our stay happy and relaxing. The house was amazing and well equipped and the mountains around us breathtaking! Thank you Micaela and family!!!

Amazing place & beautiful location. Personally, we really enjoyed the restaurant below us, super friendly, gorgeous traditional Italian food at an excellent price! I would highly recommend the accommodation for a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings! Super clean, great communication via the host, extremely comfortable and decorated to perfection. Restaurant - Antica Osteria Dei Mercanti - 5 star too!!

The listing of the accommodation does not reflect the beautiful landscape of the accommodation! There are countless hidden spots in the garden where you can relax. We liked the daily bike ride to Lucca with the bikes provided by Anita the most. Call me by your name scenes in real life! Also great was the proximity to the beach Marina di Vecchiano, which is considered an insider tip compared to the crowded beaches near Viareggio. The accommodation's grill is perfect for a cozy barbecue when you've had enough of pizza and pasta. The kitchen is fully sufficient to conjure up any dish at lunchtime. There is also a dartboard, which is a great way to spend the afternoons. The only disadvantages for us were: Unfortunately, the pool was a bit low at 1.10m. The area has a slight mosquito infestation, and Anita provided us with material to counteract this. All in all, a wonderful accommodation!!

This is one place, you don't want to pass up. We have never experienced such charming host and hostess so gracious and kind. We didn't have a car, but they were so kind and drove us to Lucca to tour town and gave recommendations. Scenery is gorgeous and breathtaking as climbed on cobbled stones to the top. Washer was very handy and big spacious rooms. I am a collector of Pinocchio, so you need to get the history at Pinocchio Park. You won't go wrong visiting these special people. Thank you so much.

Mariele’s place in Montecarlo was literally perfect for a Tuscan getaway. The place is very cozy but with a spacious bed and bathroom. We used the terrace loads which was a luxury. And it is literally in the middle of Montecarlo which is such a stunning place with a record nr of good restaurants in 1 street!

Very nice quiet accommodation in Tuscan flair. Great complex with pool and great views. Quickly in Florence and on the roads to the excursion destinations. Definitely recommend! We'll be back. :)

The apartment is in a beautiful village. We had some problems, but we talked to Paolo and he solved them right away. We were very comfortable. I recommend it.

Alessio and Beatrice were perfect hosts. The place couldn’t be in a better location, right on the north end of the Main road through San Gimignano. Having the top floor really made it peaceful despite the sometimes bustle of the town. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable; a great base for exploring San Gimignano and the surrounding Tuscan countryside!

Eugenia was a wonderful host - she went above and beyond to help us with our car parking. She gave a brief and welcoming orientation to the property and made us feel very welcome. I was visiting for a conference and my fiancée felt safe in the area when she was alone and very secure in the property. If you are traveling to Florence I recommend trying to avoid bringing a car - the city is better done on foot, but there are some parking garages nearby for 30-40€/ day if, like us, you arrived by car. Wonderful stay, cute apartment, great area. Enjoy!

Lucca is such a beautiful, vibrant and historic place, and Leandro’s apartment certainly added to the amazing few days we had there. Leandro was always responsive where needed, with clear instructions as to how to find the apartment, and a very detailed guest book detailing the local restaurants and landmarks. The apartment itself is totally spotless, with modern furniture throughout. There is plenty of space as well as a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is very tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, I fully recommend Leandro’s apartment, and if we are lucky enough to return to Lucca, we would have no hesitation to come back here.

Every corner of this house tells a story, you feel spoiled by the design and comfort, it won't take long until you'll feel like home. Easy to discover the surroundings (seaside, Pisa and Lucca are at 30 min, Firenze at 40 min, Montecarlo, Vinci, Collodi - nearer), Gaia will give you local tips and will help you with everything. Highly recommended for medium and long stays.

We've stayed in many nice AirBnbs, but few have truly made us feel as comfortable and at home as this place did. Very easy walk to the main piazza with shopping and cafes. 6 min walk from a lovely park with a weekly farmer's market. Food and coffee on the same block, and near a large grocery store. Nice desk/work space, good air conditioning. One thing to note is you have to climb four flights of stairs and there's no elevator. Also, the couch is small for 2 people. Still, we would stay here again.

An absolutely stunning apartment, located right in the centre of Old Lucca. Lucia was an amazing hostess, giving us loads of really useful information, and recommendations, all of which turned out to be spectacular. From sites to see, best times to go to avoid crowds, restaurants, places for breakfast. Probably one of the most helpful hosts we have experienced with AirBnB. The Duke apartment was wonderful, with everything provided, and with stunning views over Lucca to the mountains on the horizon. There were great restaurants and cafes within 3-5 minutes walk of the apartment, and the provision of 3 bikes was great to gently explore the city walls. All in all, we could not have been more pleased with the apartment, or Lucia (and Maurizio), who were great communicators, from booking through to leaving Lucca, even booking a taxi to the airport for us. Thank you Lucia for your hospitality and kindness.
