Beachfront holiday rentals in Pescia Romana

A lovely simple apartment a few steps from a beautiful beach. We didn’t have a car and it was perfect for us here as we could walk to the beaches and into the Port town in the evenings. The apartment is part of a complex which is a little run down but the apartment itself is at the back and very peaceful with a lovely garden full of jasmine. The check in was super simple and the host very helpful throughout our trip. We would love to go back here. Giglio is pure paradise!

Martine is a wonderful hostess. Super helpful and friendly. On your homepage she gives the best tips for going out, restaurants, beaches, etc., etc. We really appreciated all this information. Martine was always available for further questions. Her apartment is lovingly and nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Martine's friend Carla. The entire 4 wochem in Follonica were magnificent. We enjoyed the apartment ourselves, the location of the apartment and the city. One small thing we missed at the end of October were warmer breathable blankets. Everything else was perfect. Thanks Martine!

There were five of us in Erika's apartment and we felt completely comfortable. Erika was super nice, responded quickly to requests/changes and had helpful tips ready. The equipment of the apartment is modern, in early summer food on the terrace overlooking the sea, wonderful! Great connection to Rome and the possibility to jump into the sea before breakfast - simply fantastic. The infrastructure in the small place offers everything for a few quiet days - cafes, restaurants, supermarket - everything is within walking distance. We will be happy to come back. 🙂

The accommodation was really nice, both outside for its location in the oldest part of Trevignano Romano, and inside with a very cozy decor and respectful of the type of environment. Inside we found all the promised comforts and Host Ambra was really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend

Located 3 minutes from the sea, a short walk from downtown and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We made a nice and available host. For us who come 2-3 times in Follonica, it will be a fixed stop

We really enjoyed our stay at Camilla’s. The apartment was all that we needed and gave us a relaxing base from which we used the train to get to Rome. The apartment had plenty of space, was a relaxing environment and was literally as close to the beach as it is possible to get. What really stands out though is Camilla and her communication and willing assistance when we had questions or needed help. I can’t recommend her enough.

Very kind, helpful and responsive host. Clean, functional house and a stone's throw from the beach. The outdoor space is strategic, both for the dog and for the equipment (gazebo, outdoor shower, deckchair, barbecue). Truly a great experience. to do again.

Just as described. The home was comfortable and charming. Nicola was great in communicating. she was very accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected and let us drop our luggage off so we could explore the city. If you need a place to stay before or after a cruise I highly recommend staying here.

Alessio's house is a wonderful hideaway close to the sea. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings, well worth the very rocky road to get there. We didn't meet Alessio but he was always connected and super responsive

Kims tents are great!! Very good equipped and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable and the chared outside kitchens are also well equipped. The campsite is quite nice with everything you need and good facilities. Check- in and out was very uncomplicated. To walk to the beach takes you maybe 15 minutes.

VACATION BETWEEN CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR 2024/25. WONDERFUL CHALET WITH COZY ATMOSPHERE, DESPITE THE SEASON WE HAD THE GREAT LUCK WITH OUR DOGS TO ENJOY SOME SUN! WE FOUND ROSA AND ANGELO COMPLETELY UNCOMPLICATED. BOTH EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, ALWAYS HAVE A CHAT. WE REALLY ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH, AND PROMISED ANGELO WE WILL COME BACK... THE CABIN JUST HAS EVERYTHING IT NEEDS, AND WE KNEW VERY MUCH, THE PRIVACY BEACH AT THE LAKE....GREAT VIEWS AND GREAT PANORAMA. A beautiful little house with a fantastic view of the sea. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are small but nicely furnished and you have everything you need. The terrace is very large with plenty of seating and beautiful tables. From there you have a wonderful view of the sea. The area consists of a few other vacation homes and is very quiet. There is a swimming pool that you can use and at the end of a long staircase an access to the sea (no beach but rocky but still great for swimming). Around the cottage is a small garden and many beautiful trees. Giovanni's father Eduardo welcomed us, showed us everything and was very friendly. If we had a question, we got an answer quickly. For shopping, you drive about 10-15 minutes by car to the next town. In summary: a very nice quiet place with perfect views with friendly people. We will be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable in Federico's house! It offers enough space for a family of 4 and it has everything you need. Federico is very helpful, straightforward and generous. We were allowed to use all amenities and felt very comfortable. We can recommend the cottage without reservation!

The Apartment is located in the heart of Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo and boulevard leaf with restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The place is very well utilized - everything is present in a few square meters. From rainshower Up to ambient lighting. Sparkling clean; lovely bed. Recommended!

Francesco's house is wonderful, he and his partner welcomed us with kindness and extreme helpfulness, also providing us with local recommendations for restaurants and establishments. The garden is well maintained and enveloped in an extremely peaceful atmosphere, my dog really liked it:) The house is equipped with everything you need to spend quiet days, we would gladly come back!

We were a group of 5 adults and 2 children (5, 7), stay 1 week. We were able to spontaneously check in earlier and check out later in the day. Giulia was always easily accessible. The place is spacious with beautiful views and sandy beach right outside the door! 🏖️ The residents of the upper half of the house were very friendly and unobtrusive. We only noticed each other at the beach. It didn't smell like smoke anywhere. We always found parking on the federal road for 2 cars. In one room, the federal road and the nightly train are very clearly audible. The window was always open due to the temperatures. The sea breeze usually ensured sufficient cooling with open windows even during the day. An existing lamp including extension cable for dinner on the beach is available. We were also allowed to use the catamaran and surfboard. A trip to Rome with train ride from S. Severa, online booking of the train tickets!, was very straightforward

We had a very pleasant stay! Marta was a kind, caring and always available host. The house is really cozy and perfect for two people. Equipped with all comforts, it is a few steps from the sea and the center is also easily reachable on foot. Highly recommended!

If you ever have the chance to stay in Trevignano, Romano, Italy, and are looking for a beautiful house to stay in with a private location, I would absolutely recommend Loredana at the Golden keys Airbnb! She was extremely friendly, very helpful and responded quickly when we had any type of question for her. The house is absolutely beautiful!! It had a nice long, private gated driveway with a beautiful yard with fruit trees. The house, and the grounds were clean, and clutter free when we arrived. Loredana had also suggested a few places for us to go that were in close proximity to the House location. We would definitely return to her house if we were ever in that area!

We stayed at apartment for 4 nights, everything went nicely. We were welcomed in person, everything was instructed, the apartment was as per description, and when we left, Carla picked up the keys from us and returned the deposit. The Wi-Fi did not work, but that was so me issue within the town Internet provider.
