We took this house with friends and we really felt at home. It had everything we needed, comfortable and warm. As much as we liked it, we also decided to stay one more night. We hope to be back soon.

Beautiful house in the heart of Villa Santa María! Maria always responded very quickly and attentively! The house is beautiful and has everything you need to spend a few days in a natural environment and disconnected from the chaos. The only thing I would have liked to know is that there are several stairs to get to the property, since it is not only in the historic center but also the house is on a high floor, so I recommend moving with a light bag. (The ad says there are stairs, but I didn't think there were so many. It was also my responsibility to ask.) I would definitely come back if I'm in Chietti!

We arrived in Capracotta in the middle of a snowstorm but Tiziana welcomed us warmly. The apartment is as described: comfortable and cozy, with everything you need for a quiet stay. The house is located at the edge of the village, within walking distance of downtown and the shops that sell great local products. The village is small but cute, the mountain landscape is breathtaking and the inhabitants were very friendly and helpful. The abundant snowfall continued for all our days of stay but this did not create road problems: the roads were cleaned with precision and regularity by municipal vehicles. We appreciated Tiziana's trust when she learned that we were traveling with two medium-sized dogs. She was very kind... she wanted to leave us some jam for breakfast! We had the opportunity to dialogue and discuss with her in a calm and respectful manner. We'd love to come back, maybe in the summer!

We were guests in Lucia's house for work commitments, we discovered a fantastic area of upper Molise and incredible culinary and naturalistic interest, a real gem. Lucia's house was super cozy and had everything we needed, we already had the essentials for breakfast without us asking for anything! Really recommended Capracotta and staying with Lucia fantastic, super helpful and flexible with our needs (check in occurred in agreement with Lucia late in the day compared to what was on the listing) Thanks Lucia, I hope to see you soon!!
