Our bright, comfy and cosy beach home, with separate snooker/table-tennis/darts annexe, is located right on the picturesque Pevensey Bay. Brimming with ever-changing sea and sky views and well-equipped for an easy and truly memorable stay, quality time with friends and family is spent relaxing, playing games, enjoying meals, swimming, walking, cycling, reading, as well as exploring the attractions and culture of nearby coastal towns, historic landmarks and beautiful South Downs National Park.

In spring, enjoy the woodland with bluebells and delicate flowers; summer brings long golden evenings over the lake, and autumn paints the trees in rich, vibrant colours. Step outside to gentle ripples, watch wildlife, or visit East Hoathly village with its café, shop, and pub just minutes away.

Beyond the back garden there is the Salt Haven Brook with peaceful countryside views and only bird chatter to sometimes disturb you! A 1 min walk away & you are on Pevensey Bay’s lovely shingle beach and a 5-10 min walk will take you to the shops, cafés & restaurants, to the welcoming Castle Inn Pub and beach Aqua Bar.

Just a stone’s throw from the beach. A short walk from Eastbourne harbour and the Marina restaurants & bars. Shops such as Aldi, Asda, Next, Boots, sports direct , McDonald’s and Costa coffee are 2 minutes by car. In Pevensey Bay village you will find local pubs and restaurants. Pevensey Castle. Eastbourne’s famous Beachy Head of the Seven Sisters, Bustling Brighton and Hastings old town are a mere drive away. Eastbourne also hosts tennis week in June & Airborne every August. 🎾 ✈️

Escape to the Sea

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.
