Beachfront holiday rentals in Pevensey Bay

Beautiful flat! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again when we next come to Brighton!

We had a wonderful time at the cottage. Very peaceful and lovely to have an open fire! We had everything we needed only downside was the shower wasn’t very hot and couldn’t be sorted even after leaving the immersion heater to reheat overnight. The bath on the other hand was lovely and warm!

I had a really lovely stay! Paul was really responsive over message and flexible in letting me drop luggage and check in early as the flat was ready due to an early check out. The flat is so well stocked and Paul goes above and beyond, supplying bread, milk eggs, cereals etc and the bathroom is stocked with everything you need should you forget anything. Location is very near the train station and St Leonards and Hastings is lovely. I found a lot of things were closed on a Sunday or Monday but there was still a lot to wander around and I loved the peacefulness.

We had such a lovely stay at Will’s Flat this weekend! The flat was clean, cosy and had all the amenities we needed. The flat was a short walk into the centre and a two minute walk to the sea. Will was the perfect host, very responsive and his instructions were very clear and helpful. Thanks for such a lovely stay.

Anna’s flat is perfect for a seaside break. Amazing view overlooking the sea, easy access to the beach and promenade into Hastings. Flat looks just like it does in pictures, is very clean, quiet and had everything we needed for the weekend. Lots of nearby cafes and restaurants within minutes and free on street parking available. Anna was very responsive.

Thank you Mathew for allowing us to stay with our dogs. Even though our stay was an emotional one, we felt right at home and that made things a whole lot easier. Being Autistic with other disabilities/difficulties, it can be very hard travelling and staying away at different locations. From the moment we arrived we felt like we belonged which really helped me to cope, thank you We loved the basement apartment, it was perfect from everything it offered, to the unique quaintness of its character, to how quiet it was, to feeling so warm and inviting. We look forward to returning again

We stayed over the bank holiday weekend as a family of 3 and throughly enjoyed staying at Herons Nest! Jill’s communication prior to our booking was brilliant and extremely helpful. The caravan had everything we needed for our stay, including some complimentary snacks & drinks! We enjoyed playing with the selection of games and our son did lots of colouring in. Romney Park offers many activities for children and the evening entertainment was brilliant. We would highly recommend Heron’s Nest and hope to stay in the future. Thanks again to Jill & Geoff! Absolutely stunning location with an amazing view overlooking farmland, but only a short walk on to camber sands beach (2 minutes). We sat out every night and watched the sunset over the back of the caravan listening to all the wildlife. It's in a busy park but tucked in a corner so you wouldn't even know! The park itself was so good for the kids, loads of activities and entertainment on site to keep them occupied! The caravan is nicely laid out with lots of room for everyone (family of 5 + dog). We would definitely visit again!

Dolly’s Delight was an absolute treat. We very kick enjoyed our stay there. Superb accommodation, with luxurious bedding, 2 good showers, very well equipped and with a view of the sea. By night the stars shone brightly. The Bay is a lovely quiet park but with the benefit of the facilities at the main park 1 mile up the road. We ate at The Boathouse one evening and the food was very good with some good choices for children. We’ll definitely be booking again. Thanks Jenny.

A lovely little apartment close to the seafront and next to our favourite pub!! The flat was clean, and had everything we needed. The only slight issue was finding the building but Bec has said she’ll amend the instructions!! It was a bit noisy between 11pm-midnight and then when the nightclubs emptied, but we weren’t too disturbed. It is very close to a great range of restaurants, the Lanes and the pier. A fantastic base for exploring beautiful Brighton!

Lovely place, within walking distance to the amenities, very clean, loved the games in the cupboard. Very well equipped and the bunny population was an added bonus! We highly recommend

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. It was very clean and comfortable, with everything you could need provided for. Helpful local information and books were a bonus. Friendly communication and clear instructions were helpful. Dungeness is a unique place, and the cottage is so well situated for views, walks, very close to Prospect Cottage, Pilot Inn and Snack Shack. The little railway was great fun (we walked to the station). On our last night there was a storm and we watched the lightning over the sea and power station which was amazing! Thank you for being great hosts.

Great place to stay. Close to the beach and promenade. Plenty of variety in the many local restaurants and cafes nearby. Hastings pier and town is a short walk away.

Have stayed here multiple times and will be back again! It’s a wonderful, joyous place!

Lovely location, super helpful and responsive host. Really well stocked, comfortable and relaxing space. Lots of really nice extra touches, like books, comprehensive guide of local facilities and a comments book that enabled us to get a sense of what other guests had enjoyed. This was really insightful and helped us prioritise the things we wanted to do. The location was exactly right, couldn't have done any better. Thank you and we will definitely come again

Catherine's kittiwakes air bnb was fantastic. I was a little apprehensive booking Kittiwakes air b n b for the size of our family however it was a perfect size with the added benefit of storing luggage etc in the garage! Catherine's attention to detail is superb we very much enjoyed our stay.

The apartment has so much character and the most incredible sunsets and sunrises from the balcony, one of the best airbnb experiences we have had.
