We actually decided to stay here because of the amazing pictures and all the feedback about how wonderful Debra was!!! And it was all true and even better than advertised!!! We had an amazing time and Debra and her husband were super friendly and helpful!!! We will definitely stay here again if our trip adventures lead us to the area again!!!

Place was great, nice residential neighborhood. Worked well for our family to explore different things to do around Colorado Springs, and was a great place to hang out and rest up for the day so we could adventure again the next day. Hot tub was nice, and the master suite was exceptional, especially the shower and tub. Plenty of room for our family of 6 to enjoy time together but have space apart as well. Kitchen had PLENTY of pots and pans and knives and cutting boards for us to cook, and we love to cook our own food on vacation to save money. We visited in winter or we would have spent a bunch of time when we were there in the pool as well.

Our 2nd time at the place and we love it. It was perfect for a group of men going to a conference.

Excellent experience staying for a week in Colorado. Mark was very responsive, place was neat and tidy, and location is very restful. I highly recommend if you are looking for a lovely place to stay.

Beautiful home and the view was amazing!! The grandkids loved the pool and arcade games! We had a great time. I wish we could have stayed longer. Tiffany was an outstanding host!

Must pick location for families with kids and outdoor entertaining! The space is well thought out for family gatherings. Host has done a fantastic job putting this home together. The outdoor space is unmatched! You will not find a better patio and outdoor entertaining space. Neighborhood is quiet and close to necessary shopping. Host is super responsive and very friendly. House instructions were very clear. Everything was well labeled and easy to use. Great kitchen and indoor space. Highly recommend this home. Heated pool. Great! Hot tub. Awesome! Trampoline, play house. Kids loved it. Back deck was amazing. TV, propane heaters, mood lighting, outdoor stereo, ceiling fan. Bathrooms and showers were really nice. Plenty of hot water. Appliances were great. Luggage racks were a bonus. Would absolutely stay again. Rent this place!

This was a great place to stay.. Shari was more than helpful, and quick to respond. Even when we accidentally locked ourselves out, she responded quickly with the garage code to get us in. Beds were comfy and plentiful for the 6 of us. Very relaxing to just sit and enjoy doing nothing for a change. the ping pong table was the exception to relaxation and was the highlight for our grandson. Everything was close by for shopping, eating and enjoying the area. We can't say thanks enough to Shari and Jack for the opportunity. Highly recommend this home. We look forward to going back in the future.

We truly loved our stay at the farm house. It was cozy and everything was close by and easy to get too. They also had a book full of recommendations that was very helpful. It was the perfect place for my family and I! Just the three of us great space and the kitchen was lovely. We love to cook and we spent most of our time in the kitchen and the living room. With occasionally using the hot tub! Definitely a must stay in Colorado! Pikes peak was definitely the best park of them all! But garden of the gods and seven falls was amazing as well!

The house was amazing. The listing picture doesn't do it justice. Everything you need is supplied along with extra details like a thank you note. Enwei was very friendly and responsive to questions. We won't stay anywhere else from now on when we're in Colorado!

A group of 4 of us stayed on a hiking trip. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Even though you are connected to the owners home, you still have privacy with a locked door and sound proofing. It was very easy to still feel like we had privacy. The host was responsive and made check-in easy. It was a perfect home base for our trip, and only about 10-15 mins from downtown. The hosts even provided some snacks, drinks and coffee! I’d definitely stay here again!

Centralized location to all of the things we wanted to do while in CO Springs! Very cute outdoor seating and covered parking was a huge bonus!

This cottage is a hidden gem in Colorado Springs. The house is cozy and as described. The grounds around the property and the views are stunning. We brought our young children and they had plenty of room to run around and play. The toys in the living area were a bonus! Marianne is very responsive and offered recommendations. I highly recommend this property!

The house was perfect for our family of 5! Brooks was incredibly helpful as we booked the property the same day as check in due to an issue with a different house we had reserved. Brooks helped us resolve our very stressful situation quickly and we walked in the home an hour after booking it! Thanks for saving our vacation!!

We were able to book last minute when our previous option was too small for our needs. Great lower level space. Cabin feel. Had everything we needed. Kitchenette to make breakfast. Super comfortable king bed. Will definitely book again if available when we are in town to visit family

Seeing 20+ pronghorn on every single drive too and from the property was amazing. Plus the other wildlife, the songs birds. Very relaxing

Owen and Mary were great hosts. The house was very clean and had everything needed for a quick trip. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with items needed. While it didn't bother us, you can hear some from upstairs. If you're sensitive to noise I would take that into consideration. Overall great stay and would recommend for a quick trip. Good restaurants close by.
