Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

It is composed of a living room with equipped kitchen, a sitting area with TV and WI-FI and a sofa bed, a bedroom with a queen size bed and an open bathroom with walk-in shower. To relax in any season, a professional spa has just taken place and you have access to the shared swimming pool (heated on sunny days).

It consists of a single living room with a bedroom area with a 160×200 bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a zen area with the Jacuzzi, a TV area with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and an outdoor area. Possibility of booking lunch baskets €50 for 2 and breakfasts €7/pers. Close to the city and the canal, 10 minutes from the city center.

ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION Charming 25 m² air-conditioned studio located a short walk from the village and a few km from Carcassonne. The accommodation is quiet and not overlooked and has its own private entrance. The studio is attached to our house. A 5.50*3.50 m (unheated) swimming pool will be reserved for you. A charcoal barbecue is available. It must not be moved.
