Being close to the project, stay flexible in time and locally or just enjoy the holiday. We offer a beautiful duplex apartment. Minimum stay is 2 nights up to a maximum of 1 year. The apartment is fully equipped incl. Kitchen, WiFi, washing machine, etc. We are located approx. 5 minutes by car from the A9, between Ingolstadt and Munich and 5 minutes on foot from the train station, to Munich main station. The train journey takes 30 minutes. You can't hear the train from us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alexandra's place. The apartment has everything we needed for our stay, and Alexandra was very helpful. The area is lovely and only a short walk to the old town and nature areas. Also for remote workers the internet was very fast and stable.

The stay in this tiny house was really pleasant. The house is built entirely of wood, and as soon as I entered, I noticed the natural wood scent - very pleasant. It is cozily furnished, you quickly feel comfortable, and everything is thoughtfully designed. I particularly liked the fact that attention was paid to pollutant-free and healthy materials – this creates a good sense of space. Although it is a tiny house, there was surprisingly a lot of space. There are many storage options and storage space, which made the stay very comfortable. Overall, it was a nice stay that I would like to repeat. Thank you for this great place to stay!
