Very close by are the following tourist attractions: Rosenburg, Plankstetten Monastery, Weltenburg Monastery, Befreiungshalle Kelheim, Danube Gorge and many beautiful hiking trails right at your doorstep. Riedenburg offers shopping facilities such as a bakery, butcher, restaurants and cafes and is about 3 km away.

The apartment was previously a store called Ayu Living for 10 years. Ayu means beautiful in Balinese. And that's what we want to convey in our apartment. When you come in here, you'll feel right at home. In the heart of Landshut, just a few minutes' walk to the old town, but still located in a very quiet side street. A supermarket (Penny), fitness center and bus stop are just around the corner. Several restaurants are within walking distance.

The spacious TOM holiday apartment consists of two separate non-smoking units and accommodates up to 12 guests, making it ideal for families, groups, and workers. The first floor offers three bedrooms for up to 7 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The attic unit accommodates up to 5 guests and includes a kitchen and bathroom. A terrace, balcony, free bed linen and towels, and parking are available.
